      Your delivery guys are pitiful. Worthless and terrible with communication. I will file a formal complaint with the BBB on this company. Should not be in the business of customer service. This company *****.

      CANCELLED MY ORDER, had the same problems everyone else had with this logistics company and big box store, no help from either one. Wil re-order from a different store that has a different delivery company. I don't understand why this big box store continues to support this useless delivery company....what's the connection?

      Please provide additional information such as a phone number and delivery address on the order as I'm unable to locate an order under the name on the complaint. Once I have additional information I will review with a Regional Director.

      I did not recieve my refrigerator on the date they texted to confirm. No call and the phone number goes to a blank voicemail. I complained first to ******* but they told me the refrigerator comes directly from GE and GE hired this company to do the delivery. From the reviews, it looks like no company should have these people deliver appliances. No call, text, or email saying they would be late or reason why not delivered. Like many people buying a new refrigerator, it is because you need one ASAP. Usually you schedule everything around having it. Like myself I wasted a whole day of work for nothing.

      They rescheduled my deliver and again I have waiting from their wait time of 10:30-2:30. Finally got a call from someone saying it would be delivered by 5. Looks like company replied here saying my refrigerator was delivered, but I still have not recieved my delivery. Tried calling and voicemail mailbox is full. Still sticking with my original review saying this company is worthless and should stop doing logistics because they can't get their act together. How hard is it for a logistics sometime to deliver an item in a timely matter.

      Very rude and unprofessional company. Scheduled a delivery for a washer, confirmed it the night before, and I took the entire day off to wait until it came. I ended up calling at the end of the day and they stated "somebody should have called you. We couldn't find it". After a very heated discussion with *****, the supervisor in **********, she stated "I don't know what the he&& you want me to do about it". ********** needs to stop using this horrible company for their deliveries.

      Have been waiting for my appliance delivery since 8/18/22 now. Ive had no calls and no responses to schedule my delivery from R.A.S. though I have tried multiple times. I am not sure why GE would associate themselves with this craziness. I can't give a true review of this company and it's services because I am still unsure if they are real at this point. I do know that if I do not receive my shipment soon and on the scheduled date (whenever that'll be) my next grievance will be filed with the city/state of which I reside and let them investigate this situation. I would just like to be done with this situation. Yikes!

      During our kitchen remodeling we've had 5 deliveries made to our home; 1 was for cabinets and 4 were appliances. All were initially handled by RAS Delivery. The first delivery (2/10/22) of a refrigerator, ***************** was perfect, arriving in good condition and on the date expected. Our second delivery involving the cabinets was chaotic with two notifications that delivery would be 2/22/22 as scheduled, then slipped to 3/1/22, and finally being told that another company was handling the delivery and it would occur on 3/8/22. It arrived on that date via another company in perfect condition. Following a failure of the new refrigerator, the manufacturer shipped a replacement via *** which arrived on 7/14/22. Upon inspection it was noted that the front right door had been badly dented via impact from something, so I refused to accept it. After considerable "back & forth" conversations with the manufacturer, a 2nd replacement was shipped via ***. Several calls to the manufacturer indicated that the refrigerator had been received by *** on 7/19/22 but they would not respond with a delivery date. Finally the customer service rep gave the the *** phone number, but my attempts to contact them brought no results. The 2nd replacement arrived on 8/5/22 and once again, inspection found severe scratches on the front and side so I refused to accept it. Disgusted with this manufacturer, I requested a refund and bought another refrigerator, It was also delivered via *** on 8/23/22 and, upon inspection, we found the handles badly damaged so I refused to accept this device. Now awaiting another replacement refrigerator and wondering if I'll have a 4th appliance damaged during delivery.

      I'm reading the other reviews and mine is the same story they have. The company calls and says when the delivery will be made and they never show up! When you call the company, you are only able to leave voice mail, which they say they will call back within 2 hours, and they don't. I have now wasted 2 days waiting for them to deliver a refrigerator. Both days I never received a phone call, text, email, nothing. I'm wondering how many more days I'll have to wait around for someone to not show up. I am working in a kitchen that has no refrigerator because I emptied the one that was there in anticipation of the new one arriving. I just want my refrigerator! I would not recommend this freight company for anyone to use.

      RAS was supposed to deliver a washer, dryer, and dishwasher to my house on 8/9/2022. I got a text message at 1:44 asking if I was going to be home, I responded and told them yes. I never heard from them again. The only number you can call is completely useless, they supposedly have no managers you can speak to and only offer to send an email. As of writing this review I still have no answers about where my appliances are or when I will receive them. This company deserves to be shut down for how unprofessional they are.

      Time frame for delivery was 7a-11a called 1pm on hold and then clerk said no response from the driver they left a message 3 pm no call or message from drivers no responsibility on workers part and apparently no training from management on quality ************ so many bad reviews on this company from damaged deliveries to ever so often truck breaking down excuse,excuse after excuse
