      Terrible service and even worse communication which is to say there isn't any. They are constantly giving the excuse that their trucks are breaking down. I took off from work and waited to be the last delivery only to suddenly see on tracking that the delivery was missed-no attempt. After talking to **********, it seems they were not picking up their phone and decided to "stop working" on the last 3 calls. Then I had to wait 2 more days to get my $1100 appliance delivered. That only happened because I had to make multiple phone calls to over and over to get them to deliver my appliance. Simultaneously, I was expecting a vanity/sink which was showing to be delivered on schedule through the ********** tracking but then it never showed. Still have no idea when it's arriving. And if you miss them spontaneously showing up, good luck getting them back. They will not call you or inform you that they are on the way. The whole experience is a nightmare and is unprofessional and extremely unethical. Customers are given the runaround and you have no clue what is going on until they "appear". I lost money from work and had to reschedule contractors because of their incompetence and disregard towards customers.

      I would of selected 0 stars if it would have let me. The Ras in **. Is the most unreliable incompetent company for shipping/ delivery I have ever had to deal with!! H Dxxxxx uses them to deliver their appliances. Beware it has been a living h*** for us to get our appliances delivered!!! I am 7 different delivery times in and still DONT have my oven!! 40+ phone calls 360+ minutes and counting!!

      Do not buy any appliances from ********** because the company handles there deliveries. This company should not still be in business, they missed my original delivery date and it took them over 2 weeks to get my washer re-delivered. they had missed 3 scheduled deliveries and each time they decide to wait until halfway thru the day that its suppose to be delivered to come up with some excuse why they cant make it. worst service I've ever had to deal with. If your ok with a company failing to do there job for 2 weeks resulting in costing you extra money then by all means use RAS logistics, but if you value your time and money then buy from anywhere that doesn't use RAS logistics as there transport.

      Ras logistics of Neenah, ** gave absolutely horrible service. The forklift driver had no clue how to operate a forklift so why I started hand loading 75 boxes of hardwood flooring 2 of their employees decided to stand and watch while i loaded by myself. It took my wife to get on their case to help me load. Delivery was promised on a certain day. Never showed up, no call or nothing. After 2 days of calling trying to schedule i was told i might get it next week. Possibly. Absolute nightmare. I never will deal with them again or i will have to stop shopping at ********** online. ********** got absolutely nowhere with RAS in ******, **.
