      This company is THE worst. We ordered a refrigerator from ********** because ours is currently leaking all over the floor. We were first scheduled 7/9 to have it delivered. Then it was changed to 7/13. We were supposed to receive it between 2pm and 6pm. We stayed home all day, made sure there was a big clear space to get the appliance through, cleaned out our fridge so it was ready to go and their delivery would be as easy as possible. My husband missed going to the first birthday party our 3 year old was invited to so we could get the new fridge. At 7pm, after watching the deliveries ahead of us slowly go down all day long, they called and told my husband that they couldnt make it as their drive time was up. After speaking with management at **********, we were informed that the company had cancelled 7 of their deliveries. Their last delivery was at 3:15pm! And this isnt the first time we have had issues with them. In November, my husband ended up having to go to their warehouse to pick up our washer because they couldnt do our delivery. These people are liars and have absolutely horrendous communication and customer service. It is too bad that they do **********s deliveries because we like our local store. We will be doing all appliance business with Lowes from now on and it is solely because of RAS.
