      Truck ETLWM1. Delivery team ****** Both gentlemen were very kind and efficient. They took great care removing the old appliances and installing the new. They also check to make sure that each appliance was working properly. They make a great team.

      Today we had ********** deliver a washer. Our truck name was Etlwm1 delivery team ****** They actually text when they said they would were careful courteous and quick. Not the case usually with deliveries. Our whole experience with ********** will definitely be repeated and referred!

      ***** was kind and worked efficiently. He delivered and installed our new washer and dryer as well as removed the old one. Everything seems hooked up and running well.

      Truck Name: ETLWM1 with delivery team ***** were fantastic. Both delivery team members were polite, courteous, efficient, and very careful with not only our appliance, but getting into the house and into position. They did this with a friendly smile and a great sense of humor. Might be the best delivery experience we have had in over four years, please tell them thank you

      I would not recommend using this logistics company for your delivery services. Purchased 1800$ washer and dryer from ********** and they use RAS to contract the delivery and install. The driver arrived as expected the day of delivery, but I'm sure upon seeing the uphill driveway with no easy way to just loop around requiring to back up the driveway was the first sight of not fun, and then delivery and install into a mobile home, def. Not fun, skinny door ways, tight spaces .. uhhgg. So they called and as we picked up, they hung up and as my son went out to them to give them help, they drove away. We provided the camera footage of the delivery company pulling up, and being in the driveway never leaving their vehicle to knock on a door or anything, for 120 seconds, before driving off. After calling them back 14 times to no answer we text them to which they said you didn't answer so we left and rescheduled.We expressed that this was inaccurate and we came out to them and they just drove away and will report this to the company, to which they responded, that's great so do it, and provided that as well to ********** [and BBB]. We stopped into the store and they offered 150$ credit to stay with them and wait 3 days for rescheduled delivery. Would you know what? No call no show Saturday. First time its shame on them, second time shame on me for thinking it was going to go different. I did encourage the manager to let them deliver to the store v.s. our home and we'd pick it up and install ourselves, but he didn't think it would help. So to this end we promptly requested a refund of our entire order and all other items along with it. Lowes has 3 days later delivered and installed equally functioning products without issue.Be very careful what deliver service your vendor uses, and if you need to contract out, do not contract with this company until they drastically change their training and quality of services. They were unreachable the entire time.

      This company came out to install our GE gas range. The man who installed it cut off the end of the gas line and put a fitting on the end that was too big. We had a gas leak in our house and now have been without a range for WEEKS!! I do not recommend them to install anything.

      Terrible communication on their part. My boyfriend and I both work for the military full time. Im currently deployed while he is home so time for us is limited. I called multiple times to schedule a specific date. The first time they tried to deliver at a different date when I told them we wouldnt be home. The second time they missed the deliver date scheduled. When I called they said it was because they rescheduled on their end without notifying us. Now the new rescheduled date that they set up without confirming falls on a day where we once again wont be home. It is frustrating to try to work with a business that supposedly allows you to communicate a date youre available but deliver only when its convenient to them. This is the first and last time I will order anything delivered through this business.
