      Truck #FS2 Quin and ***** delivered our new refrigerator and they were very courteous and careful when they brought it in..We were very pleased with the delivery..??Would highly recommend them for future deliveries

      The two young men that and delivered my refrigerator were professional, speedy and accurate. No complaints at all. If I order another new appliance, I hope they deliver it.

      The delivery team ****** and ***** on truck DIDRC2. Called 30 minutes before they deliver so I was able to put my dogs up before they got here. When they got here they asked me where we wanted the stove range and unboxed it and place it right where I asked. Great service and staff.

      The two delivery men, ****** and ***** were great. They did their delivery and installation of the gas stove at *********************** in a timely and professional manner. They also accommodate my time frame by adjusting their schedule slightly because I was running late from work. I appreciate that....Good job lads...*****

      Truck FS2 was on point. Quin and ***** actually called to confirm if an earlier delivery was alright (worked out perfectly). Brought our dishwasher exactly where we asked and confirmed we had everything we needed before departing. I would definitely put them in the "A" team category.

      Zero communication about my delivery from *********** Delivery was delayed and then when tried to deliver brought the wrong size truck. They rent the trucks from Enterprise so it was almost the size of a transfer truck to deliver my appliances. They told ********** they will not deliver to my address and wanted to meet me at some random place for me to get them. This company is refusing to do what they are contracted by ********** to do. If you buy anything that needs shipped from any store, be sure and verify which delivery service they use. This one has zero communication and is costing me a lot of time and money because I dont have a stove to cook.

      2nd time Wayfair used this company in ******** to deliver furniture. 2nd time I've sat here for over 4 hours with no delivery. The driver called to tell me he'd be here in an hour then shut off his phone and didn't show up at all. I called Wayfair and they were very nice and guaranteed my delivery would be here in the morning. From now on though, I won't order anything that *** or ***** can't deliver for Wayfair.
