    This has to be the most money hungry dishonest business I have ever dealt with the have lost my business for life in ********************************************************************** they said it had a 3 year warranty I had a stuck parking brake I called and sent a video the then said it will be 50 dollars round trip to pick up and deliver the mower after it was fixed and it was the transmission which was under warranty they arrived and then got it to release and then never took it which is understandable then billed me for 53 dollars for a pickup and delivery they did not complete but yet they billed full price be careful when dealing with these scammers I will never do business again with them for life

    I was first made aware of this issue upon receiving a letter from the BBB. I spoke with the salesman who had spoke with  **************** (prior to our driver going to his home)on the phone concerning the mower and how it would not move. I was told that our salesman spent quite a bit of time attempting to help **************** in getting his mower to perform as he thought it should.  Our Salesman was unsuccessful and listed Mr. ******* mower on the pickup list and was quoted $50.00 to pickup the machine. **************** informed him that his mower was still under factory warranty. Our salesman informed him that the pickup of the machine was not covered under the warranty.  Two days later our driver went to Mr. ******* home to pickup up the machine and discovered that the only problem he found while quickly looking over it, was that the parking brake was set and just needed to be released. He released the parking brake and determined that the "problem" with the machine was not warranty related and was the result of operator error. Due to that result, he did not pickup the machine and bring back to our shop for repair when no repair was needed.  When the driver returned to our business, he informed the billing **** of what he did and said to bill him for what ended up being a service call of $50.00  The invoice was billed and mailed out to **************** the next day. Then I received the letter from the BBB. At no time did **************** call in AFTER receiving the bill and ask any questions on the amount of the bill.  We would have liked the opportunity to speak with **************** and feel he left us with no option to make the situation satisfactory for all parties.  We have decided that after reviewing the history we have with ***************, we would credit his account for the full amount of the invoice. The $53.00 write off is well worth it knowing that **************** is taking his business elsewhere in the future.
