    This business is rude, and very disrespectful. I ordered a part for our LS tractor on Aug. 24. costing ******. I was told when ordered they had the part in the warehouse, and LS parts were taking 7-8 days to come in. That time had gone by, so I started calling to see when it would be in. They called the company and the part had not even been made yet and was on back order. Richards had no idea when it would be in. Our tractor was down, and we had hay to be done. We have several fields, and this is part of our income. On Aug. 30, I ordered another part for our tractor costing *****. When ordered, Richards said they would call when it comes in. Then Richards informed me, when these parts came in, I would have to take my business elsewhere. Find another LS dealer. I ask why, and they said it was because I was calling a lot checking on my parts, and this was distracting their parts personnel, and they didn't have time for this. I thought this was very rude and very disrespectful. We were losing money while this tractor is down. Richards had no respect even trying to help us find these parts. So, a couple of days later, I canceled both of the orders, and they reminded me to take my business elsewhere. They need to treat their customers with alot more respect. Don't buy from this business. They are not honest with their customers. They just want your money.
