    Great service, Dustin was very friendly and actually found nothing wrong with our furnace, it just needed to be serviced and signed us up for the bi-annual service agreement. Much better deal that 2 separate services, spring and fall. Thank you.

    Allan from Brackett completed the fall maintenance inspection on our heat pump. Allan called to confirm the appointment before arrival and explained everything thoroughly during and after completion of the inspection. We have used Brackett for all of the service work and new installations for approximately 25 years. They have always responded when called and have always done first class work.     U guys have been my angels on earth! My 6yr old keeps praising God that her and her 1 yr old sister r not cold anymore! I cant ask for a better company! God willing I am selected for the heater for Christmas giveaway so I can provide a safe warm home for my kids for many more years to come!
