5 starsTech Cameron B. did our Fall inspection & furnace service this morning, he was professional, very nice, and did the inspection & service in a timely manner. He answered my questions. He also provided me with literature and information on new services now offered by Brackett Heating & Air. 5 starsWe have used Brackett Heating & Air for our HVAC needs for many years. As usual Andy and Cameron did a great job servicing our system. Would highly recommend them.

I recently had Allan from Brackett come and do a fall inspection of our furnace,Allan was early for the appointment, and completed the inspection on time. He was very thorough about the inspection,not only explaining what and why he was doing certain things,ensuring that we had all of the necessary information and equipment to keep our family safe and healthy.I’m not surprised by the results of this technician because he works for a company that I believe are heads above the rest! I again what to personally thank Allan for all of his expertise and time to explain everything to us. To anyone who needs any kind of service from this kind of company,you can’t go wrong with Brackett Heating,Air, and now plumbing. Sincerely Johnny& Millie ****.????
