    I have been trying for a month to get a burst pipe repaired in my yard.
    My insurance company assigned Ace. The owner, ******, made an appt. with me for 4 pm.
    at 4:45 I called and they said he was still coming. at 5:45 He called to tell me he has a 6 pm appt and would be here after (even though I had a 4 pm appt). I waited 5 hours and not even as much as a phone call.
    He showed up 2 days later out of the blue.
    An appt was now made to do the repair on Sept 6th from 8 am to 4 pm. I called the day before to confirm and was told yes and I am the Only appt scheduled.
    I waited half the day before calling again, just to find out they are not coming because they decided to push me aside again and were doing a sprinkler job instead of my month long yard leak.
    I am now told they will be here tomorrow, Sat. September 7th.
    What I want, is for them to actually show up and do the job properly and on time this time without pushing me aside for the 3rd time.
    It is sad that I have to go thru all this just to get a plumbing company to come out and do a plumbing job.

    I would first of all like to apologize to ****** and ******** her husband for missing my appointment for the estimate. We were having quite a bit of labor issues that particular month but I believe we have all those worked out at this time. We did come back out to their house on September 7 on a Saturday and found the underground leak and made our repairs. We did a pressure test to assure that there is no further leaks at this time. Office talk to ****** this morning to check on the status of the job and let them know we completed it. But again I apologize for the issues we had prior to the actual work.
