They came out to install a new outside faucet 3 years ago. Within a few months I had to call them back out because the faucet was broken, they replaced it and last year I had a leak in the basement from the outside faucet, then they sent a repair person out to fix that. After shutting the water off for the winter, turned the water on today and another leak in the same place in the basement as the faucet. I do not recommend using this plumbing company, find another one, I’ve lost all trust in them.

In 2021 we installed a hose bib and there was a leak, we came back out and repaired at no additional cost. We thought that the home owner was satisfied with the repairs, since we did not hear back from the home owner. If there is any thing we can do to help please contact us 812-********.
