      Tech out 10 hours for install including another tech assisting for a couple hours in the afternoon. Ending with a manager out at the end of the day while the tech sat in his truck as there has been paint damage tech originally denied doing then damaged more. Damage around outlet down to drywall
      Now this was handled and I would have never came here, but issues continue. 4 weeks since install and cables have yet to be buried.
      2 women were here to take care of this but said the neighbors yard needed to be looked at, another ticket had to be issued. Again. I'm patient.
      7/25 rep reassures me that these would be taken care of 7/29/22
      On 7/29/22 I am without internet and contact Metronet as there is no truck here. The tech has me disconnecting my box, looking for the alarm, reassuring me no one from Metronet is here and needs to send a ticket for someone to come out but won't be until next week. Cust service said when cables are buried, service is not disrupted which I told him when the women were out they said there would be
      Now I step out to notice a Metronet truck parked in front of a home 2 doors down. I walk down while I have Metronet on the phone. Find the tech working on the cable to the left of this home who snarls , doesn't look at me when talking and keeps saying it'll be 15 minutes
      Note this is the same rude tech that was out for the install 7/5. He never made eye contact with me, kept looking down at the ground mumbling how long it would be, that more cable had to be added.
      I asked cust service at this time for a team manager. I'm placed on hold 20 min. Was told I'd have a call back later that day. I asked about our cables, cust serv advises my internet is now back on which I confirm, places me on hold to check on cables, and never came back on to advise.
      Yesterday 8/2,a tech shows up stating he was out because my service was out last Friday? He's unsure why he received a ticket. No info on cables. I've been attempting to reach management

      TV Steaming service was terrible so I cancelled but maintained internet service. Although I recieved confirmation of the cancellation and thier reciept of my equipment they have continued to charge me after 3 call confirming they have stopped. My last call they indicated they can only credit my account but not refund my direct deposit they overcharged 3 months from.
