    DONT BUY FROM THEM !i received a defective main board from your company and after submitting a replacement form it was determined they were out of stock and was told a refund was being submitted and to recycle the defective product i received... but i was still responsible for shipping costs???? How do i get sent a defective part with no replacement available and im responsible for shipping? Absolutely bonkers!. Its your responsibility to quality check items before sending them...I own 2 of this model TV so before ordering this part i took the known working main board from working tv into the tv which this replacement board was purchased for in order to verify it was indeed the main board issue, in Fact it was the main board. When i recieved the replacement board from your company the main board is a NON working board it was installed and issue persisted

    I AM A TV REPAIR SHOP. I HAVE BEEN REPARING TVS FOR 58 YEARS. I BOUGHT A BOARD FROM TV PARTS TODAY WHICH TURNED OUT TO BE DEAD. MY BOARD HAD NO AUDIO AND THE ONE THESE SENT ME WAS DEAD. WHEN I AKED FOR A REPLACEMENT THEY ASKED ME TO EMAIL THEM PICTURES OF THEIR DEFFECTIVE ONE AND MINE. I DID THIS BUT THEY SAID THEY NEVER GOT THEM. IT TOOK SO LONG AND THEY NEVER SENT ONE OUT OIR CREDITED MY ACCOUNT. I THINK .THEY MAKE IT SO HARD TO GET A REFUND THAT THEY THINK I WILL GIVE UP. IT WAS $75.23. THEY CHARGED ME $51.99 FOR THE PART AND $23.33 FOR A SMALL PKG. FEDEX DOES NOT CHG. THAT MUCH. I AM NOT GIVING UP WHICH IS WHAT THEY WANT. I HAVE DISPUTED THIS CHARGE WITH MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO GET MY MONEY BACK,IT HAS TAKEN SO LONG TO GET MY CUSTMER DOES NOT WANT TO WAIT AND CAME TO GET HIS TV. I LOST THE REPAIR JOB AND $75.32. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!!!!

    If the customer is referring to order *****, they were issued a replacement order yesterday 2.29.24.


    We requested photos of the part and the customer said the following: "I HAVE NO IDEA ON HOW TO SEND A PICTURE AND THERE IS NO NEED. THAE ORIGINAL BOARD HAD NO AUDIO. YOUR BOARD IS DEAD. I RECEIVED THE CORRECT BOARD BUT IT IS DEFECTIVE. PLEASE SEND ME A GOOD REPLACEMANT OR CREDIT MY ACCOUNT."


    We run a very thorough replacement process and business, in general, we have procedures that we must follow regardless of the 'experience' or lack thereof of our customers. If a customer refuses to follow through with the simple requests in order to receive a replacement, we can not proceed with the replacement. Our procedures/processes for replacements have been the exact same for at least the last 4 years and this repeat customer is aware of this. We treat all of our customers the same regardless of experience or if they are a do-it-yourself customer.

    Ordered a part which did not work. I returned the part to this “ business” as per their directions. They refuse to send my refund stating it’s the wrong part returned of which it is not. They have sent me a very nasty, abusive email stating they won’t refund my account. Also will not send the part back to me . So basically they have the part and my money as well . Looks like a scam . Don’t be scammed by this company. Circuit boards can be purchased elsewhere. These part supply stores are plentiful. Don’t shop here unless you want to be scammed. Here’s the email.

    At this point sir, you are borderline harassing us. We have not responded because we DO NOT control ANY avenues of reviews. We CANNOT filter reviews. Neither the BBB nor google allow businesses to self-edit reviews. In fact, you have proven your point invalid by screenshotting those negative reviews.
    As you can see, most of those reviews are old and nearly every single one has been disputed and we have won. Because 99% of those negative reviews stem from customers NOT FOLLOWING our terms and conditions. These are incredibly simple procedures that are STANDARD in this industry. You will see that the 5 star reviews are from customers who were satisfied with our service and had NO PROBLEM using our Returns or Replacements services.

    So they basically are not refunding nor returning the board to me and want me not to contact them anymore. Yeah ok . Sounds like a legit company doesn’t it . Of course I’m afraid not.

    Hi Brian, I have responded to every review, comment, or post you've left reviewing our company. You and I also exchanged emails. We have not refused to send your part back to you. However, like most companies, we are unable to process your refund until you return our part to us. The part you returned to us is your original part and not the part that was sold to you. We have been in this industry since 1985 and have safeguards to prevent or at least be able to recognize when a mistake has been made as far as returning our parts. All TV parts suppliers have a set of unique identifiers that allow the customer to see which part is their original and it also helps the employees of that company, recognize their own parts. The parts we ship out have no less than 3 different employee's unique markings that show what supplier the TV came from, what the part number is, what the bin number is, then a quality control marking as well as other specific identifying factors. The part you returned had none of those things on it and is the original part from your TV.


    We also have reached out via email several times and explained this is a common occurence and are willing to grant you an extension on the normal return/refund time limit because we understand how easy it would be to send your circuit board rather than ours. The representative in the email did mention that there were harrassing emails being sent because you had emailed every 5 or so minutes numerous times and were cursing the employees via email.


    We are still willing to allow you to return our part for a refund although the terms and conditions we have state you have 30 days from the date you receive your RMA number to have returned our product to be eligible for a refund. Feel free to use the same return merchandise number that you used to return your part.

    Show me an email where I cursed out an employee! If you cannot provide one I will have no choice but to take legal action for defamation. As far as the " every 5 mins", this went on for a max of 3 emails, in response to your rude emails.

    Just buy a power board for my Sony TV and they sent me a defective one. There is finger size of burning mark on the board with blown capacitance. I live in Canada and I have to pay the shipping plus 20% of restock fee for the refund . This isn't a honest company and just wonder where those 5 starts positive review coming from. Feeling being scam, so badly!

    I feel it is dishonest for a company of your caliber to refuse a refund for shipping on a defective part that you sold to me. If I didn't want the part and returned it for that reason I should pay shipping. As for FedEx they have no reason to refund shipping to you, your company sold the detective part not FedEx. If you sell the defective part to other service centers and they return it because it is defective and you collect the shipping charge how much are you making by selling a detective part over and over again. We have done business with your company many years even back when your company was TriState repairing tuners. If you refuse to refund $18.36 to me I will discontinue doing business with your company.
