      We ordered a custom rocker/recliner in 2019. It has broken twice. The local supplier has told us for a year now the parts we're on order. When I contacted Best Home Furnishing they told me the chair was built in 2013 and no parts were available. I have the paperwork to prove it was ordered in 2019. We waited for a couple months for the chair to be built. This is the worst customer service for home furnishings I have ever seen.

      You emailed us with the I.D. number from the bottom of your chair - I.D. XXXXXXX-XXX.002 - according to our records this I.D. pulls up a glide rocker manufactured 12/3/03 - model ******* in fabric XXXXX purchased through a ********** Fine Home Furniture store.

      This model ******* was discontinued 8/8/17. We no longer carry any parts for this particular swivel glide rocker in the Medium Oak finish. If you can check the I.D. number and also your receipt and email us photos of both of these items, we will be more than happy to check into this further for you.

      I have emailed them the original order and a copy of the receipt and also a copy of the furniture ID manufacturing info so far I've heard nothing from them

      I've sent them the original receipt and order for the chair. This company is going a great job of passing the buck off and coming no responsibility through dishonesty. I can prove of an email and receipt.

      I have a wingback Best leather recliner that I ordered from local store. After a few years the sides of the pillows back started to peel and also the front of the arms started peeling. Sad because I love the way it sits. Such a waste to put sorry material on a nice leather chair.

      We regret that you are having problems with your chair. There is an I.D. tag stapled underneath the chair with a 13-digit number. Please give us that number to enable us to identify your specific chair and covering.

      All repairs and parts orders are handled through the dealer where you purchased your recliner. Have you contacted that dealer?

      I did report this to my dealer ****** Furniture in ****** GA. I paid them $50 to come out and they said the chair could be repaired. After two months not hearing from them I called and they said the part to repair it was no longer available. The ID # is XXXXXXX-XXX.001.

      Your recliner was manufactured 2/15/16 model ******** in XXXXXL.

      Yes, ****** Furniture is correct, there are no longer any parts available for your recliner in the XXXXXL leather.

      Fabrics and leather covers do not last forever even under the best of conditions, and applications of certain protective coatings, heavy usage, and/or placement in extremely sunny areas can cause these materials to degrade more quickly. For these reasons, we, like all other furniture manufacturers, must place certain, reasonable limitations on our warranty.

      I was told when I purchased the recliner er that it was leather everywhere that was commonly touched and that areas like the sides and back would be a leather match. The chair was seldom used but after four years it started to peel on the front of the arms where you normally put your hands to get out of the chair. Also other areas like on the sides of the pillow back was peeling. I don't believe this is common wear and tear. All this was reported after four years. I expected a $900 leather recliner to last much longer. I have a sofa that I've had for 23 years and still looks good.

      Customer does not help solve problem with chairs or honor warranty prescribed on card . They are saying recliner chair I purchased is made of high - loft premium polyester fiber! Not much polyester fiber in the chair because it's " blown " in chair ;leaving chair looking cheap and extremely uncomfortable ! I can feel wood boards on leg rests . Chair is made cheap and lacks quality!!

      I just read the review by Mary G. . We purchased a rocker recliner and loveseat on January 2022 and took delivery in April of 2022. From April till present (4 months) in that short a time the upholstery on both pieces has become worn and the cushioning is depleted. Like Mary's situation, our furniture looks 10 years old not brand new. We purchased it from ******* Furniture. *********** SC. and are very unhappy. Your help in getting repairs or replacement would be appreciated. "Best" has a wonderful reputation which us why we made this purchase. Thank you.
