      I had filed a claim back in January when a tornado hit I was not able to stay in my home for 7 days. I sent in all the paperwork that they had asked for it has now bee3 months and I still havent received my settlement check. The first time he sent it to the wrong address and the second time I dont even know where its at . They kept saying they dont understand but I see a lot of people was having this same problem it seems like to me they never had a check in the first place . And I let them know that I have informed delivery and I can see whats coming in my mailbox. Ill never deal with them again!!

      I suffered damage to some of my property on December 21st of 2022, and Alacrity was my rental insurance company. I filed a claim and sent all the information that was requested of me and they still denied my claim. I paid on time and faithfully each month on the 20th. They denied paying for even the cleaning fee of clothing, bedding, and mattress that had water damage from busted pipes. I feel they denied me because for whatever reason my landlords were not corresponding with them. I don't appreciate them not covering one bit of damaged items that they had proof in pictures and videos that was emailed to my agent *****************************. When she contacted me she had a bad attitude because I was upfront and honest with her about me not appreciating how they handled my claim. These insurance companies love to take our money, but when it's time to pay out it's every reason in the book why they not paying the consumers that keep them in business. I definitely will not be going with Alacrity anymore due to how they have handled my case.

      I had the most horrific experience with a personal property claim that was handled by insurance claim adjuster ***************************. ************************ service was very unprofessional, and he disregarded all of my concerns within my claim after he deemed what was payable and not payable. In addition, to make matters even worse, I requested a manager to provide assistance due to my concern and the handling of my claim and was assured by ******************** a manager would contact me within 24 to 48 hours. Nevertheless, it's been over a month since my claim submittal and to date I have not been contacted by management. I left several voicemails for *************************** and another manager with the same last name, however, I have yet to hear back. It's bad enough to have an emergent situation that can cause housing disarray and issues to your personal and professional life, and to have your claim treated as if it's meaningless is very concerning. As a customer, I did my very best to provide photos and documents of what I had access to after swiftly disposing of my wet, mildewed and molded personal items upon discovery of a water leak in my closet. Unfortunately, because I did not have photos of every single item regardless of receipts and when I explained a lot of items were disposed well before my mind wrapped around the fact that I would need to submit a claim for my loss, ******************** could care less. This company needs to be evaluated by whomever has licensed the adjusters as the process and personal biases of what is feasible and not seems to be personal versus professional. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed that I've wasted a lot of monies on my monthly premium only to now take my business elsewhere! *CONSUMERS PLEASE BE AWARE**

      Alacrity Solutions is commented to providing a high standard of service and we welcome customer feedback so we can identify areas to improve our customer service and customer satisfaction. Upon notification of the Customers concerns, an Alacrity Solutions manager reviewed the Customers file and requested the examiners supervisor to contact the Customer to address her concerns. The Customer expressed her concern regarding not being indemnified for a portion of her claim. The supervisor explained that we rely on photographic evidence of all items allegedly damaged to justify the loss being claimed. The supervisor further explained that upon review of the photos received, there was no supporting evidence for the shoes and purse showing they were damaged by mold and/or water. The role of the examiner is to document our claim file and report pertinent information to the insurance company to justify the loss and subsequent payment. The customer understood and explained that she has no additional supporting documentation to submit and will not be moving forward with this portion of her claim. We regret any frustrations the Customer has experienced. ********************** will always remain available to address any questions or concerns.
