      If you are looking to waste your time, this place is the spot. These people have no idea what they are doing. After my experience at this location and the complete inaction of ******** they have lost a long-time customer forever. It is amazing how incompetence can change a simple process such as upgrading a phone into a nightmare.

      Beware during the sales items that are promotional or free are not free. You are signing up for a subscription service. If you cancel the promotion or free thing will then be billed to you at 150% of market value.

      I won't go back to this store. I was sold a water protection insurance plan on a phone that is for all intents and purposes waterproof. I wasn't told about this, and didn't know it until I reviewed the receipt later. When I complained, this charge was refunded. I was also sold a screen protector that cost $50 without being told the price. During the purchase, I expressed concern about the size of my bill, and the salesman told me how much the case cost. It was more than I would usually pay, but I agreed. I had no idea a screen protector could cost $50, the salesman didn't mention it, and of course now that it is installed, it is not returnable. The salesman told me I'd be getting a $200 discount on the cost of the phone. For some reason, that was not reflected on my receipt, but was handwritten in by the salesman. But the discount was not applied by *******, and I had to call them and complain. ******* then applied the discount. The first phone I received was defective (more headaches) and I was charged the upgrade fee twice, once for the defective phone and once for the replacement. ******* said they would refund the upgrade fee. I bought this phone a month ago, and I have had to make several trips back to the store and several phone calls to the store and to ******* to get everything straightened out.

      Well, ******* troubles part 3. AFTER calling ******* and telling them the store on 153 said our bill wouldn't change if we took the "free" iPad and Apple watch and AFTER the bill went up $400 and AFTER we went through h*** to send them back and AFTER spending an hour on the phone with ******* they are still threatening to cut off service saying we still owe the $400. Don't believe *******'s LIES.

      These guys are nothing but scam artists pretending to be Verizon!I went in during a promotion for a free ******* phone with trade in. Their printer "wasn't working" so I had no printed information when I left. They took my phone trade in.... I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY CREDIT FOR THAT TRADE IN, AND I AM PAYING FOR WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A FREE PHONE! I have stopped in 3 times to ask about this, each time I am told that I have to wait to see the credit applied. IT HAS BEEN 4 MONTHS and I am still paying! Now as I read, I alos see I have been charged for a water protection membership I NEVER wanted. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!

      They overcharged me on my new cell phone from the price quoted. Hid the difference on my bill. After many calls and leaving messages finally got the manager. He was supposed to refund part of the difference on my next bill. Got my bill yesterday and there isn't a refund. These people have lied and tried to take advantage of me from the minute I walked into their store. They are a bunch of liers and crooks. ******* will not give me any help. They say they have no control over a contractor. I do not recommend TCC in ******* ****** or *******.

      These guys are THE definition of scam artists. We were not aware that ******* allows third parties to rip off customers. We were talking for a while to switch our mobile service to ******* and we were ready to make the move. While in the *********************************** in ********, we saw the ******* sign and started talking about switching carriers. The guy informed us about the cost to switch (cost of the phones, $35 activation fee / line, $49.99 admin fee / line, $14.99 *** card), we questioned what the admin fee was for. We were told that it was a fee they charge all the customers in our situation, but we received no details. Later when we saw the bill (they sent it by email), we realized that they were not a legit ******* store and the admin fee was actually for device setup and data transfer (a service fee rather than admin fee). Nobody else ever charged us for device setup and data transfer. If they honestly disclosed the charges, we would have walked and never looked back. We later realized that a legit ******* store never charges for device setup and data transfer or for the *** card. They overcharged for the phones as well (one phone was available in the ******* store $130 cheaper). They laughed in our face when we complained. They wished us good luck disputing the charges with the credit card company. It is not clear why ******* allows them to use their name. It is also not clear why they have a A+ BBB rating. My advice for others is to stay away.

      Terrible customer service. I paid my bill instore 2 weeks ago. ******* never received the payment, even though it was deducted from my checking account. also, the amount the TCC person told me I owed ******* was different from the amount of my bill. I asked if there was a processing fee and was told no. I also purchased 2 new devices, no problems there.. Thank-goodness.

      Zero stars for this company. RXP Wireless. They have nothing to do with ******* even though their storefront and inside of the store has ******* logo. They illegally did transactions on my corporate ******* account without my permission. Sold a phone to a relative not listed on my ******* account I am the sole owner of the account without my authorization. Phone was returned to store now they are keeping close to $200.00 for restocking fee and miscellaneous charges. Also in the process of tampering with phone service they have messed up my phone were it will have to be replaced. Very unethical business and lead you to believe it's a ******* store when ******* Corporate states it's a 3rd party store. Stay away from RXP Wireless (********)/ *******. $200.00 out of my checking account and no product or service to show for it.

      **** at the TCC ******* store at *************************. ****** ** did an amazing job of fixing my husband and my phone. Would definitely recommend **** to all my family and friends. He was very nice, courteous, polite, and knowledgeable, and loves his job! Best customer service we have received in a long time. We will be going back to that store again!
