      I bought a box to ship as much as you can fit. I also purchased a hard drive. I am very impressed with quality and the way they scanned an categorized them. I am very please with the end product. My one and only complaint is that it took months to complete. But, I also had a very large amount in that box. Most were negatives and I filled that box to the brim.

      My order was to be delivered in 7-10 business days. It required more than a month. Three calls by me after two weeks received no active response or follow through until my fourth call to *****. You have no customer service, only *****.First call: "Oh, the *** has been made for some time, it's been forwarded to shipping. I'll get back to you". Nothing. Second call: "It's still in shipping? I'll get back to you". Nothing. Third call: "Their working on it, I'll email you a transmission form so you can track its delivery to you. Emailed form arrived two days later, marked "Label on package". For seven days, the progress remained,"Label on package". Called and got *****. Same day ***** called back and said I would receive the *** in two days and the form would be updated immediately. Both happened.My rating: 1 star, her name is *****.****************************

We apologize that your experience with your order was not as expected, our regular service, which is the one that you opted for has an estimated completion time of 3 - 5 weeks depending on the size of the order. Your order being almost for 4500 pieces of media took more time than expected to get processed and recorded on your multiple USBs. I am happy that at the end ***** could help you complete the process. For future orders, I could recommend the ************* which allows us to prioritize the order.

      I love this service. I recently sent precious photos and slides and they digitized them and returned my photos and slides quickly and in tip top shape. I'm very happy with this service and recommend this company highly! Their customer service is thorough and remarkably fast. Use this company...you won't be sorry.

      I've worked with ScanCafe on a number of home media archive projects now and each time the final digitized product has been quite satisfying. The staff have been professional and very cooperative, responsive and easy to work with on any special requests. I have submitted VHS videos tapes, old B&W negatives, color negatives, color slides and transparencies and slides and B&W and color photographs. ScanCafe handles all aspects of the process quite proficiently. I will continue to entrust ScanCafe to continue archiving our family memories.

      You asked me to provide a review and as yet I havent received my order. I also asked you to credit my **** and no answer. I left a voice message and crickets. I wish I could tell you about the quality of the job but I have yet to see it or talk to anyone if there is some problem.

      This was my second submission of items to be digitally scanned. First time was 8mm film which turned out incredible. This time was medium format negatives that were from the 1940's. Totally impressed with the quality and care they provide. I'll continue sending many more negatives and film.
