    Working with *** in the purchasing phase was great! He was extremely thorough and patient answering all of our questions. Since I have over 40 years in sales experience, *** is one of the sharpest and best I've seen in a really long time. No pressure at all and his follow up was timely spot on!On installation day, *****, **** and **** arrived on time and were absolutely the best! They were extremely polite! They installed our 16 windows and paid great attention to EVERY detail. When asked, ***** was great in explaining to us what they were doing and why. **** and **** are craftsmen in the installation and trim department with every detail in the installation process. The caulking around every window was the best I've ever seen. When finished they totally cleaned up and left no debris whatsoever in the yard or flowerbeds! They left everything looking as good as before they came. The windows are gorgeous, very well made, and easy to operate!!! Obviously, we are extremely pleased and will recommend Bee Windows to everyone! They are consummate professionals and will be invited back for any future work on our home.

    We have agreed to contract a job with BEE Window. Final measurement was scheduled yesterday (8/7/24) by their "Technician" arrival time was between 2-4 pm. Received a call form him at 3:59 saying he was delayed and would not arrive until approximately 6:30. Their is NO WAY he didn't know he would be 2.5 hours late earlier in the day.....and could have called. I lost 2 hours of work waiting for this "Technician" to show up. Bad start for our project already. What's funny is I can't leave a review with zero stars (?) So in order for my review to be credited I am required to pick a star. So I chose one star although it's not legit. In reality - NO stars on this review.**************

    We could not have been happier with our new walk-in shower! From ****** our initial consultant, to ************, our installer that did just a fantastic job. ***** worked 2 long days to finish one day ahead of schedule! **** was really skilled, was helpful in some suggestions with our install details and overcame a couple of construction issues that just came out beautifully!. We only had one little snag (that was actually our fault in the design process) and *******************, the Operations Manager, took care of this completely to our satisfaction. Thank you so much to the entire Bee Window Team and we would highly recommend their ****************************************************** **

    Shower Selection and Installation My husband and I were so very, very impressed with the straight forward presentation about the shower type we needed: polite; direct; and no pressure.We had a plumbing problem and **** could tell us what had occurred, why there was a leak, and how to correct it. ****, who did the installation, was equally polite, worked diligently, and did a superb job! We kept telling him how impressed we were! Now seems a great time and place to share that impression with our community: we are so fortunate to have Bee Window, Inc. in our area!
