**** was very informative when I made inquiries to have my very old 400-day clock repaired by him. His instructions for mailing were very good and detailed, and my clock made a safe journey to his shop.He knew what was needed and was sure to make follow up questions to make sure the clock would receive the care it ********* seemed like only a short time, and he had the clocked repaired, after checking it to make sure it was keeping good time and running smoothly and safely returned to me. It is now happily ticking and rotating away, and the time has been accurate since we started it back up. He had excellent instructions included to get it up and running when we got it back.I sincerely appreciate the care he took to get the clock back up and running as it was a wedding gift to my parents over 70 years ago, and I remember that it fascinated me as a child to watch the pendulum swing. I think I learned to tell time on that old clock.I am very satisfied with the work that **** did, and should I need his expertise in the future, I will definitely contact him. I highly recommend having Bill take care of your treasured clocks

We were looking for clock repairs online and came across Bill's Clockworks, boy we were very lucky to find him. His communications are great and spot on. Estimate was great, clock that really wasn't worth fixing except for sentimental worth and he was honest about that. Great man to do business with.Bill's Clockworks

I inherited an old wall clock from my mother which was not working. It meant a great deal to me because it was purchased in ******* in the early 50's when I was a small boy. I grew up listening to the wonderful sound of the chimes resonating throughout the house. It was music to my ears and reminder of a loving family.I left home and the clock was left behind until my mother's death and I was given the clock that was not working and had seen it ******* days. I decided that I needed that clock working again. After scanning the internet for clock repairs, I was led to Bill's Clockworks. **** agreed to repair it. He analyzed what needed to be done to repair it and informed me for my approval to repair. The old clock is now at home ticking and chiming and reminding me of my mother's smile when the old clock brought such joy to the whole family. Thank you, ****, for such excellent service and bringing back such good memories. I think **** has restored many memories for many others in an outstanding manner, but this is my story.Bill's Clockworks

What a great guy ! We found his info online and followed detailed instructions on his website about our ******** clock.Then when we still had issues, we posted a query and we quickly received a wonderful, prompt and detailed response to our question..I cannot say enough about how happy we were to have our clock working again.Many, many thanks to **** for his timely and detailed assistance !Bill's Clockworks

It was difficult to find someone to repair our grandmothers clock. My father in law built the clock from a kit over 40 years ago. **** was a wonderful find. Exellent job. My wife even gave **** a *** once finished. See was very, very happy to get her dad's clock working again!Can't recommend Bill's Clockworks enough. Thank you!Bill's Clockworks

**** is pretty much a miracle worker. He was able to repair my family's ********************* 113 that many other people I'd taken it to over a number of years either couldn't or wouldn't fix.Aside from his technical expertise, you will find **** is an excellent communicator at every stage of the repair process including how to safely ship an antique clock. He provides follow-up information after the clock is returned. He is also very fair in his pricing. If you have come this far take the next step and call him.Bill's Clockworks

Bill's Clockworks was very professional, gave an accurate estimate, and gave an estimated time of completion... which he completed earlier! I live out of the area so had to ship the movement to ****'s. He was very good at coordinating the shipment to and from his shop. When I received the movement back he had sheets on how to reinstall it and how to adjust things also. My **** ********************* mantle clock works like it was new again! I can not recommend Bill's Clockworks with only 5 stars .... I would put him at 10 stars!!Bill's Clockworks

I found Bill's Clockworks/Flora IN while passing through. I returned with my #3 sentimental family clocks for repair. ****'s work was excellent! His shop is full of clocks to purchase too. If your clock is not fixable Bill will tell you. **** is honest & fair. Stop by his shop & listen to the sounds of tranquility on the hour...wow!Bill's Clockworks

************************* is the BEST!!!!!! His knowledge and expertise in the repair of clocks is surpassed by no one-he is number one in this area. He has repaired two clocks for me. He first repaired my beloved old Baby ***,and it is working perfectly. Next, he repaired a vintage Moon Beam clock which is also working perfectly. ******************** is honest and reputable in his prices and warranties as well as his conscientious and consistant conmmunications.
