I contacted **** about repairing my 400 day clock that originally was my grandmothers as a gift from my dad while I the Navy in ****. **** told me that he had a backlog of about a year and would contact me when ready. I received the call in January and shipped my clock. After receiving the clock **** called me with with what I believed to be a reasonable price to repair and restore Roughly 2 weeks later the clock was returned to me with easy to follow directions for setting up and operating. The clock is proudly displayed on my mantel. Finding someone reputable that can repair a 400 day clock is not easy. **** is a rare find and I have no hesitancy in recommending him if you need one of these special clocks repaired. **** stands behind his work with a 2 year warranty.

Contacted Bill about repairing our 400 Days ****** Anniversary clock. He is quite busy and we were placed on his waiting list. As soon as time became available, he let us know. We sent the clock this past January and when he received it, he provided an estimate of the repairs and estimated repair time. He was true to his word and kept us informed of the progress throughout. We received the clock back in record time and it started working as soon as we attached the pendulum. I can't say enough good thinks about this whole process. Thanks very much ****.Bill's Clockworks

Great experience having a Kundo anniversary clock repaired. The work was done quickly and professionally. Communication throughout the process was great. We sent our clock to Bill from **** after searching on the web for a shop with special interest in anniversary clocks. He shipped it back to **, packaged with care and with excellent instructions. It is running perfectly and we hope to enjoy it for many years.Bill's Clockworks

This shop has a backlog of work when you sign up. Like clockwork (pun intended) you will be notified when it is your turn to send in your clock for repair. In my experience the work done was rapid, thorough and high quality. Communication throughout the repair was excellent. I now have a family heirloom back in running order.Bill's Clockworks
