  I had a patio poured that looks good, but the same person pressured me to go ahead and stain my driveway. I was going to do it in the future anyway, but wasn’t planning on doing it at the same time. Now my driveway is very blotchy looking and the stain is not even. It looks absolutely terrible. He had planned to come back and fix it and he would not show up when he was supposed to. He has stopped responding to my messages. Absolutely horrible business practice.

  WARNING DO NOT USE Schroeder Concrete. They came out and made a complete mess, didn't do the job we paid for, blew paint and sand all over our home, patio furniture, our contractors tools, and into our pool. Then left and refused to respond to my husband after he told them about it. I should have looked at their 2.8 rating on Google before we contacted them (our bad). They were supposed to remove all of our paint around the pool to see if they could stain it. They couldn't (which is fine) we agreed on them removing the paint and said we would just repaint it. He did this, and left. Charged $1700 and will not refund. I pressure wash this deck twice per year and have NEVER made a mess, let alone blow it into the pool. It was like a giant toddler came out and now that's who we are dealing with. Find someone else for your sake. He did respond to me and and said that was 100% worth $1700 ?? In the pictures, the blue is the bottom layer, that is what the entire patio should have looked like. There is STILL paint particles in the pool that I can't get out. UPDATE, he blocked me after I asked for our money back. Do not use them

  Todd did a stamped concrete patio for me in May-june of 2024. required half down and as soon as he got the money, problems started. it took nearly a month to get my patio correctly poured. between incorrect shapes, the steps having to be torn down and redone and Todd's poor time management, it has been a total nightmare. The patio is already starting to Crack and chip away (1 month after completion) the stamping ins undeveloped and uneven, the staining is inconsistent and not properly covering patio. to top it off, his workers dumped unused concrete into a corner of my yard and left it to dry. When I asked Todd to remove it, he refused. I'm left with a poorly done patio now that will not last and a concrete mountain in my backyard. I would not recommend Todd for any residential work. When I repeatedly reached out to him about my concerns, he blocked me on everything.

  This business removed old concrete porch that had four 16ft columns. They repoured concrete. The columns were reset but never mounted back. They are just loose and can easily be moved. I called to tell Todd Schroeder that his guys did not remount the columns and was very dangerous. He informed me that it was not his job. He said the person that put them up 30 years ago was responsible. If someone leans on them they will fall with the awning. He never sealed the concrete. The brushing is terrible. The corner of the porch is not smoothed out. Just a big chunk of concrete. The job was not complete. He refuses to call or text me back.
