    Worst customer service experience ever. Ordered a bridesmaid dress in July of 22 for a wedding February of 2023, it is now 3 weeks before the wedding and I do not have my ***************** does not have her veil. I paid in full when I purchased, I asked them to cancel the dress and refund me the money and the owner said no because the dress would be there the next day. Its 3 days later and I still dont have my dress or my money back. Lie after lie after lie, and the most clueless employees I have ever had the misfortune to speak with. Do not get your dress here. You deserve better every day, but especially on your wedding day!

    WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. LIE AFTER LIE AFTER LIE. 8 BRIDESMAIDS DRESSES WERE ORDERED IN AUGUST. WERE TOLD THEY WOULD BE HERE BEGINNING OF NOVEMBER. WEDDING IS NOW IN 16 DAYS AND STILL NO DRESSES. ALL STILL HAVE TO BE ALTERED AS WELL. CONVERSATION AFTER CONVERSATION WITH OWNER AND MORE LIES. THIS BUSINESS ALSO NOW OWNS *****'S BRIDAL (WHICH IS WHERE WE ORGINALLY WENT) I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. THEY ALSO DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE AND WAS TOLD AT ONE POINT THEY RESPOND TO ******** MESSAGES WITH IN 5 MINUTES AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR A REPLY ON A MESSAGE FROM 3 WEEKS AGO. IF YOU NEED ANY TYPE OF DRESS I SUGGEST GOING ELSE WHERE FOR YOUR NEEDS.
