    I purchased a bridesmaid dress from I do bridal boutique on January 24th 2023. The business then closed without warning in August of 2023. I have not received my dress and I do bridal never gave the money to the dress manufacturer.

    I purchase my dream wedding dress in Nov 2022 from I Do Bridal shop and was told that in order to have the dress ordered from the designer I had to put a minimum of half down and that it takes at least ***** months to have it ordered, made, and then shipped to the store, and another 2-3 months for fittings/alterations I put half down on my dress so that I had plenty of time to have it perfect for my special day. In July 2023 found out through social media that the shop had closed without warning and that my dress had not been ordered from the designer. I am planning my Wedding on a budget and now have to go through the process of trying to find another dress and hope I can have it by June **** for my wedding, but have to figure out how to pay for another wedding gown that was not in the budget.

    This business is reported to be out of business. I bought my dress there in January of 2023 and included the cleaning and preserving package. My total was $1,139.93. I got married at the end of June of 2023. I dropped off my dress on July 6, 2023, for it to be cleaned and preserved. I have not heard from them since then. Id like my property back.

    I found my dream wedding dress back in January at I Do Bridal in ***************. To order a dress you had to have half down and I made payments every month until April when I had over half paid for. I ordered the wedding dress through I Do Bridal on April 2, 2023. I never received any kind of update of the order going through and no estimated time when the dress would arrive. They suddenly shut the doors July 21, 2023 with no warning and gave the brides very little information on what was happening with our dresses. I was able to call the designer of my dress, ******, and confirm that my dress was indeed ordered and made but ****** never received payment from I Do Bridal. The dress is currently in a warehouse waiting to be paid in full to be shipped. Now we are scrambling to find almost $2,000 to pay for my dress all over again and the money we paid is just gone! We paid close to $1,000 already just to have it gone and no dress to show for it! Disputing the charges can only go so far as we used cash as well as card. Other brides also used cash and even paid in full and many never see that money again. Many girls go their whole life thinking about their wedding and even the dress they will wear and now it is just ripped away for all of us! Not one but hundreds of brides and bridesmaids are affected by I Do Bridal and the sudden closure. I have already filed a complaint with the ******* ************************ and hope something will be done for these brides and myself. Refunds and/or replacement dresses need to be issued to the brides as soon as possible! There are brides without dresses for their wedding less than a month away!

    We ordered a dress in December 2022. Paid 65% down. The shop closed and we still dont have a dress. They ordered the dress but never paid for it. The dress is at the designer but designer will not ship until we pay for the dress again. I just want my money back. They also have a veil in the store that we have not received yet.

    I purchased my wedding dress from Wendys Bridal. I was informed that Wendys Bridal was being purchased by I Do Bridal Boutique. My dress was purchased off the rack, so it was always in the store. Once I Do Bridal Boutique took over, my wedding dress was miss placed. The company had a hard time locating my dress. Once my dress was located and accounted for, I drove to the store to pick it up. Upon trying on the wedding dress for alterations, I noticed the veil that I purchased with the dress was not present. I attempted calling I Do Bridal Boutique multiple times. I never received a call back. I finally was able to talk to a worker on the phone. We had an agreement that the veil would be shipped to my residents -free of charge. The veil should have arrived 3 weeks ago. I attempted to contact the business again, but with no response. Upon viewing I Do Bridal Boutique company ******** page, the company unexpectedly closed. They did not give any notice, nor reach out to customers about their products they have in their possession. My wedding is in roughly 50 days. This has caused tremendous un-needed stress due to the uncertainty. I now have lost over $200 due to I Do Bridal Boutique fraudulent activity and having to order a new veil for my wedding day.

    I ordered a dress on 3/4/2023. I was told that I needed to place a deposit to put in my order, and that the rest was due when the dress would arrive (in a few months time). I put down a deposit around ********. I hadnt heard anything from them, which since its only been 4.5 months I wasnt too concerned. However, this afternoon they posted on their ******** and Instagram that they are permanently closing up shop, and to check your credit card terms for POSSIBLE refund. I upheld my part of the contract/agreement by providing payment. Since they are unable to uphold their part its only right I get my deposit back. But they are unreachable right now and have essentially ghosted us brides.

    I ordered my dress and put down the deposit on Sept 3rd, 2022 from Wendys Bridal! Then Wendys bridal closed and they told me that I do Bridal Boutique would take care of the ordering and shipping of my wedding dress. I paid the remaining balance on October 13th 2022. Both payment were made via check. I was told my dress would be here in May 2023. In May I was told it was delayed and it would be here in June 2023. On June 21st, 2023, I called and spoke with ****** who said my dress was completed and in the process of being shipped to the store and that it should be here mid July. And now they closed the business!!! Its RIDICULOUS. The phones arent being answered, at one point they were out of service. The building is shut and locked but you can still see ALL of the inventory in there. My wedding is in 64 days- September 23rd, 2023! Ill never be able to find another dress in time.

    On 08/20/2022 we order a wedding dress and we picked it up on 02/28/2023 it was supposed to be all white but the dress we picked up is not white its ivory and ****. The sales lady said it didnt come in white but the dress we tried on was white and my daughter said she wanted it all white. It cost $1,635.56. There is no time to order a different dress it took 6 months to get this one and the wedding is in May. We have emailed the store owner called the store and get no return email or phone call back. The store also merged with another store and we were never contacted letting us know the store we purchased the dress from had been closed we saw it online.
