      In August of 2023 I got a quote from Garage Force for removal of epoxy in the Garage and installation of Concrete coating in Garage and porch. They came in a few weeks to apply the concrete coating. The person who came to apply the coating along with a couple of others was extremely rude. He kept putting me down. Charged me money to put things back in the garage after saying that the cost was included in the quote.After a couple of days I noticed bumps and patches in the garage and porch.I called *** and told him about it. He came over, checked it out and said he would replace the garage coating and fix the issues with the porch. When he came over I was worried that while redoing the garage they might ruin the garage more while removing the existing concrete. So I asked them to leave the garage alone and just redo the porch, but with a different color, if they could. *** said he would find out about it and get back to me. I have called them, texted them all of 2024. They would not reply or get back to me. In short, they did a bad job, said they would fix it. But ignored my messages and calls, all of 2024. I need to have the concrete coatings redone.
