    I've decided to start looking into malpractice lawyers. I've had nothing but issues with them for about 6 months. I've been through unnecessary pain and emotional stress (almost daily for 6 months) due to the quality of work they've provided and the issues that keep happening. I would share it all, but that is several pages worth or procedural issues, treatment, damages, and repair work. It's finally gotten to a point that I can no longer wait around. 3 weeks ago, I told them the work they did to my teeth are still damaging my lips and asked if **************** would be there to look at them at my next appointment, since he didn't see me at the last appointment that I had specifially scheduled to see him, to have him look over the work that has been done by his staff over the last 6 months. I wasn't given an answer to that question and was told a director would be reaching out to me. She tried to call twice from a restriced number and promised to call back again the following Monday, but it's been 10 days since she was supposed to call. I emailed a manager about this, since we've been in contact about these issues, and was told ***************** would still be reaching out, but she has not called or emailed me (even though I've mentioned several times that she is free to email me).

    I financed a treatment plan for all services needed at visit. They admitted they were over paid by my insurance with no reconciliation and wanted to charge me again for part of the treatment plan I financed. When speaking to them to resolve issue they admitted their records did not accurately reflect my account yet still wanted to charge me again. They reached out after bad online review, not to resolve the issue but try to persuade me to see their perspective. I had to go to another provider and pay to have done what I already financed and paid in full through them.
