    I checked in on first night first two rooms no microwave or refrig as promised Third room had no microwave was promised for three days I'd have one I never got one no one likes to be lied to I told them on my third day I'd be gone from 10 am to 1130 am would they please clean my room it's almost 5 pm no microwave and room still has not been cleaned. We are asking for one day refund it's a dump and don't get what's promised. Also not to forget security was at my door on second day ready to evict me said I was not in their system

    Hello I booked this hotel for Friday August 9th. Upon entry in the hotel room, there were bodily fluids on the sheets, there was no comforter. The vents had mold in them and the bathroom air vent had lent/dust filling it and coming out of the top. I requested new sheets and she proceeded to give me dirty sheets again. There was a hole in the wall the size of someone's back like someone had fell into it. Nothing was wiped down. It was so disgusting. I did not end up staying, I went up to the front desk very nice said unfortunately I cannot stay here. I don't feel safe because there were homeless people with big carts walking around on property and there's a homeless guy sleeping in the lobby. I also do not feel safe because of the conditions of the hotel room and it's very unsanitary and we thought they might've had bedbugs. I asked for a refund, but she said I would have to do it through my credit card company. So I called *********** and they said I understand I'm gonna give a quick call and they will initiate the refund because *********** cannot. After five minutes, he got back on the phone and proceeded to tell me that they denied giving me a refund, even though I didn't stand the room and it was so disgusting. I also called *********** a few days prior, but when they got in contact with the hotel, she said the manager was not on duty and there's nothing she can do about it, and when the *********** representative asked for her name, she hung up on them. It is so unprofessional, I don't want anybody to have to deal with this because while we were waiting in line to complain, the second time, a group of people came down and they were complaining about their dirty hotel room too, and wanted a refund. I am going to pictures of the room and I'm also going to attach my receipt below. I'm going to attach the receipt from the awful hotel, Hawthorn, and then my receipt for the new hotel room that was amazing from **********. There was also no pillowcases.

    We stayed at this hotel from December 6th - 8th. We checked in the 6th and checked out the 9th. This hotel was the most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in in my life!! There was no heat. I had to go out and buy space heaters so my kids wouldnt freeze. No hot water. I had to contact the health department! The entire room reeked with cigarette smoke. Even the bedding. There were no toiletries. Outlets barely in there sockets. Half the lights didn't work. My husband informed the desk and they only offered us a different room, as long as we pay the difference in price. Then said the room available wasnt big enough for our family of 5 so we would have to get a 2nd room!! Talk about exploitation. I'm appalled and disgusted by this place!

    We stayed in *************** **. Hawthorne Suites by Wyndham at ***************.This complex was worn down and puts a black eye on the Wyndham name. We checked in on 11/22/2023 with 2 rooms. Both rooms had the following: Dense smoke and urine smell, stains in carpet, Cobwebs over the stove, missing smoke detectors, no soap, towels, facecloths, dirty sinks floors, no TV remotes. One of the rooms didn't have pillowcases, no shower curtain, black substance on shower curtain, sharp nails in path to bath, burn holes in bedspread, no second latch on door and doorframe was busted and taped together. Outside there was trash in front of doors,under stairs with liquor and cigar containers. No WIFI or breakfast was available. Legally these rooms should not have been rented. Management did not refund any of the money for the nights stay. We bought our own sheets, towels,soap and shampoo. The *********** I ever stayed at. Ants in room.

    We check in 4/17/2022 this place is nasty I moved rooms 8 time bacause of rats flooding no smoke detectors not safe lost all my stuff due to water comeing in threw the roof never gave use any free night we call use ****** lover *** I want money bak was running card without asking would not change sheet or do housekeeping the never changed sheets notin
