I would give 0 stars if I could. My family and I checked in and were good for the first couple of days but then we got back from being gone all day and the toilet started leaking. We called maintenance and they came out to look at it at midnight. They moved us to a different room that smelled heavily of smoke and the floor was sticky and wet. There were smashed roaches on the wall and no smoke detector in the room. I have pictures and reported it to the **** already. Then at 2am someone just opened our hotel room with a keycard. The kidnlooked like he was maybe 15 or 16 at most claiming to be housekeeping. He said the system wasn't updated to show us being in the room but yet I never saw him with a cart you would typically see with house keeping. My fiancee yelled at him and he quickly left. When we tried to check out we asked to speak to a manager and they said he would be 2 hours. We asked to call the manager and the front desk clerk got nasty so my fianc got heated. We were on no sleep because who can sleep after someone walks into your room making you feel unsafe. Not only was this hotel awful but the way they treat people is horrible.

They don't even get a star. I have pictures to prove what my room looked like. They did nothing to fix it after calling twice. I stayed the first weekend of February 2022 for high school state bowling championships. The room was a wreck. Filthy. Water all over floor in kitchen. Glass from broken picture on wall in floor. Bag of trash on end table. Carpet needed vacuumed. Heat said 90 but was barely 50 in room. Slept with coat on. Spent $205.28 on 2 nights of the worst room I had ever been in. I am 67 years old and have spent many nights in hotel rooms. I reserved this room cuz of the name wyndham. I knew it would be a great place to stay. Boy was I wrong. Totally opposite. Plus I have complained 3 or so times with someone telling me they would get back to me and that has not happened yet. I will tell anybody that will listen to me to avoid that hotel at all costs. I do not know what else to do to get them to realize what they did to make me never trust them again.
