      I have been receiving a lot of garbage via US Mail from Kapps. I called recently to request that they stop sending me their garbage. They said that they would take me off their mailing list, but they did not do so, as another piece of their garbage showed up in the mailbox. THIS NEEDS TO STOP!!!! NOW!!!!! Not 4-6 weeks from now, or whatever time they insist on. I DO NOT WANT IT!!!! IT IS CLUTTERING UP MY LIFE AND I DO NOT HAVE THE TIME FOR IT!!! If you've already printed something, KEEP IT!!!!! DO NOT SEND IT!!!! I cannot make this any simpler than that. I want Kapps to stop cluttering up my life. Also, I need to know the source of where they got my name and address, so that I can stop this at the source. I cannot take any more garbage continuing to come to me.

      Dear Mr ******* we apologize for the mail clutter and inconvenience and have added your name to be suppressed from all direct mail. Based on our schedule, no more mail is being sent for Kapps. Unfortunately, we can't just remove a single name from a mailing that has already been printed and sent to the ****. Your name and address was compiled into a list of residential homes based on public information. Again, we apologize for the unwanted experience.

      I called to get a quote for aeration and seeding. The person that answered the phone had no knowledge and transferred me to somebody else. I was quoted $200 for seeding. On December 7, 2023 they came out and seeded my lawn and proceeded to send me an invoice for $237. I emailed the business about this telling them that I was quoted $200, only to get back a generic email completely ignoring the fact that I was mis quoted, and telling me the seeding was $222+ taxes and to have a good afternoon. I then called and the person that answered the phone told me that I needed to speak with the office manager. She also told me the office manager was on the phone and she would have to have her call me back. Before I hung up I advised that I wanted all of my services canceled going forward. At this point, Im not even confident that my services got canceled. I have not received a call back from the office manager. I also emailed the customer ********************** manager through a link here on the BBB and got no response. I would like them to honor the price that they quoted me on the phone and then cancel all of my services. I do not want to do business with a company that treats customers this way.

      Our sales department spoke with MRS and we offered her a 10% discount off of her service to resolve this dispute. ******************* was happy with the discount. She said to mail her a revised statement and she would pay the invoice. The revised statement was mailed out today.

      I called for a new service. I was using Truegreen. The manager told me about all the services offered. He brought up aerating & reseeding. He told me the price which I thought was expensive. I specifically said contact me when it's time. Let me see what my finances are looking like. He said ok. Then on **** I have a bill on my door for $624.99. I never received a call or text message informing me of the service. So I looked on the ************ was on it. So I called the office on that following Mon. Talk to CSR. She said she'd give the message about my billing to the manager who opened my acct. It is Sep 7 & I've heard nothing from a manager. I have a problem with someone billing me when he shouldn't. I never gave him a definitive yes. He took a pond himself to bill me without out my permission. When I did confirm my services reseeding &aerating wasn't on the bill. I wouldn't have agreed to that. I feel like I was taken advantage of because I was a woman or he badly needed his commission. I'm canceling all my services for next yr. I will never recommend ****** to anyone. Very bad business practices. If I'm spending that kind of money it won't be on my lawn period!! I a kid in college I'm very upset about this. Please help me to resolve it.       Thank you for letting us know about this issue.  I've tried to call the customer to discuss.  We weren't aware that you didn't want the Aeration and Overseeding project like we had confirmed with you in the spring.  I'm attaching a copy of the letter we mailed to your home of what services were scheduled.  There were no notes about neededing to get prior permission to do that application or we would have happily done so.  Please contact me with any questions

       I am rejecting this response because:

      I don't agree. Not my fault he didn't document our conversation. I should have stayed  with Tru Green.  I didn't see aeration on the March bill till now. My pt is it should have never got on bill period. He put it on the bill just because we talked about it. I never approved it. It was an oversite that I didn't see it in March...but I wasn't expecting to have service done at that time. Of course he's not gonna document it. Doesn't want to leave any evidence of the deceit...SMH!

      The call which was made by **** over the phone was then audited by a second employee ******** with the homeowner just to make sure no mistakes were made.  Then we send out a physical piece of mail to the homeowner showing them what they are signed up for.  We've been in business over 60 years, it's not in our best interest to allow customers to get services they didn't order, our goal is repeat business.
