  We have used Kapps ********* for over 7 years. Our lawn has remained lush with very few weeds. When weeds do appear, ***** takes care of them! They let us know when they are coming and are also great at working around our schedule.

  I had used this service in ********* **** for the past several years. This year, i pre-paid for a seasonal program. They applied one application on 3-25 and when i called to report weeds on 4-18, i was told my contract was canceled. I have no idea why, nor i was not contacted by them about cancellation.I tried to send them an email but they blocked me. Im stunned by their lack of customer ********************** and not being notified of my cancelled contract. I would never recommend this business based on their lack of professionalism in my experience.

  I signed up with Kapps due to the sales team ensuring me that the chemicals used on my lawn are safe to children and animals as I have both. Two of my domestic animals dopped dead after chewing on my treated grass, days after treatment. Being suspicious of what was sold to me, I requested copies of the the chemical information and ingredients. Right on the label it says HAZARDOUS TO DOMESTIC ANIMALS. I spoke with district director, ***, who insisted I was wrong and offered no resolution. Bottom line is: ************ false advertises their product and if you have pets or children keep them out of your yard or find another company who uses organic, safe products.

  I would like to openly complain about ****** services. We had them service our home in ******************* in ******* of 2021 and 2022. We sold our house and moved in July of 2022. I called them and paid my balance and told them to cancel service that we moved and no longer need lawn services. In December of 2023 I get a bill for $48.69 from an lawn application ****** did to the old residence in Oct. of 2022. I disputed the bill and they still made me pay $24.67 or send it to collections. This is wrongful business practice and they should've made it right, but they did not.

  Was waste of my money did everything they asked to do to my yard and none of it worked had other company's give me a quote and they all told me they should have taken care of the crab grass in the spring they can come out and spray the crab grass all you want but it's matured now there is nothing they can do they never told me that i was every doing anything wrong with my grass and the first time I call and complain they come out they tell me I cut my grass to short hey if someone would have told me this I would have changed this along time ago no communication and don't dare ask for the owner to come out to see my yard was told he dont do stuff like he must be to good to see whats really going on and the manager came out all non shallot seemed like it was nothing new he told me that my dormant seeding and aeration they did didn't take affect the serice I paid over $200 for then they only did my front yard aerated and seeded when * complaned but the thing was i though I paid for my entire house learn from my mistake don't use these people will take your money and get no results
