This was our second home purchase/mortgage through Ruoff the first in 2017 with ************************* and now, 2022 with *********************. Both times from application to closing was so smooth. I couldnt believe we were buying a house! They were *******************, friendly, returned calls and emails promptly. No question was a stupid question. And **** went the extra mile to get us a better rate. Thanks ********************* and *************************! Ruoff Rocks!!

************************* with Ruoff Mortgage went out of his way on numerous occasions. It wasn't just about getting us a mortgage and getting us locked in he took his time with us (1st time home buyers) and made sure we understood and explained everything from start to finish. Hes just an all around genuine person who actually cares about people and their situations. I can't even tell you how many times I've cried or freaked out trying to get something or another and he was always there to help us figure it out and get through it. Even after we were finished it was super easy to just reach out and ask him more questions even on stuff that didn't have anything to do with our mortgage. He makes wonderful recommendations to help solve any problem that *** arise. Making a payment was simple and easy and the lady who handles that was kind and polite and just seemed to enjoy her job. I will definitely be contacting ******* for all of my mortgage needs from now on.Ruoff Mortgage
