Ruoff was recommended to me by a friend, and I am SO GLAD I went with them for my mortgage! I had a few issues that needed resolving, and they went above and beyond to help me resolve them and get the absolute best path to financing possible for my situation. This is my third mortgage with Ruoff. *********************, Senior Loan Officer in ***************, **, has been with ** through it all. I did price comparisons with Rocket Mortgage and others online and found Ruoff to be more honest and better prices. Online mortgages claim to have better rates; but by the time they do all the additions and slight-of-hand, Ruoff beat them every time. This one was a refinance and it was complete and closed within a week of sitting down with ****. My calls and emails were always returned quickly; even on nights and weekends.Ruoff Mortgage
