      I brought my van in for service due to a noise. Since I was having the van looked at for the noise issue, I had them also check the battery and auxiliary battery due to a warning light that they needed to be looked at. I was flexible with the time to get the van back, as I wanted the noise issue to be fixed. When the service advisor called me a day later, they werent really sure what the noise was, but definitely could replace the batteries. But waitthey werent sure if replacing the batteries would clear the warning. And they thought that if u got new tires, it would probably fix the issue. I did not get any sense of confidence from the service advisor that they had any clue. I was charged $310.42 for the non-answer. My total bill was $1092.89, which included the 2 batteries and the non-diagnosis. The service advisor tried to add on a service, cleaning the rotors. She said that the tech said that my rotors were rusted. The noise continued, and I had no answer. I brought the van in to another shop, and within 25 minutes, they called me to tell me that there was a wheel hub bolt that had come loose and was causing the noise. The other services sent me photos of the loose bolt. They tightened the bolt and charged me nothing for their work. The noise is gone. I would not recommend ODaniel for anything. I am so disappointed.

      **** is a huge problem. My service advisor lead me to believe things would be taken care of, but **** kept bumping me. I requested, among other things, the cigarette lighter be replace so I could charge my phone. But according to ****, you will have to take it someplace else to have that replaced. The only thing we will work on is what is covered on your warranty. I said OK, as it is ODaniel choice not to give good service. He refused to complete work on the truck that the service advisor and I had talked about. **** dose not know how to talk to people. He is rude. He twisted my words around in a meeting the employees had and it came at me. **** screamed at me over the phone when I asked about it. But you did say this didnt you? I asked you a question, didnt you say this? Lol, what a creep. Talking a few words out of a conversation and using it in a mean and degrading way is not what i call good customer service. Although the mechanics do a great job, I will never go back to ODaniel again.
