      I went to Jiffy Lube on 38th Street for the first time a couple days ago. It was dark and below freezing outside. The staff was extremely friendly, thorough and quick with their service. I was very impressed! The man who checked me out even walked me to my car when they were finished. I will definitely continue to use this location

      Pulled in as my oil light came on.very professional staff fixed my issue and had me out in 10 minutes.they will be my go to oil changers from now on!!

      I took my car to Jiffy Lube store **** located on ***********************, Indianapolis, ** *****, for a basic oil change. On Saturday July 22nd, 2023, my check engine light came on and my car started running funny. When I would press on the gas it would take a long time to accelerate, and then it began to smoke. I contacted a mobile mechanic who came out to look at the vehicle. The very first thing he said was that there was no oil in my car. He pulled out the dipstick and showed me that Jiffy Lube did not replace the oil and that my car had burned off the oil that was remaining in my vehicle. I contacted the corporate office and filed a claim. They gave me the case number ********. On Monday July 24th, 2023, I contacted the store location and spoke with the general manager. He came out to my car to inspect it and stated that my oil ring had malfunctioned and that he needed to speak with his manager *********************************. I asked for *****' number, and tried contacting him multiple times. He returned one phone call, left a choppy voicemail but did advise me to take it into a licensed 3rd party shop. On Monday July 31st, 2023, I had my car towed into the shop. The next morning the technician called me immediately to confirm that there was no oil in my car. He advised that my engine and my turbo had been eaten through due to the lack of oil. I immediately contacted ***** at Jiffy Lube who advised that further communcation would have to be with *****. I tried contacting ***** multiple times, and he did not return any phone calls. The tech advised he would also try to call *****. When the tech advised ***** of his findings, ***** "blew him off," and let me know of their interaction. On, August 7th, 2023 I called ***** with the corporate office and was told that Jiffy Lube will not be taking on this liability because there was multiple "other" reasons as to why this could have happened. I have two mechanics saying the actual reason is because Jiffy Lube did not put oil in my car.
