    Whenever I need to have my car taken in for service, I call JA Towing. I have received nothing but stellar service at every point of contact. Professional and personable.After reading the other reviews it still does not sway my choice in tow providers.If I am reading the negative complaints correctly it sounds like this company does many different kinds of towing and must have contracts with various trailer parks and apartment complexes. Sounds like most of the reviews are people who do not follow the rules of their landlords policies. The complainers should take responsibility for their own actions and quit blaming a business for doing their job and honoring the contract of the landlord/property owner. Even people who own their own property have to follow the City Code of Ordinances. I am happy with this company. They even towed my riding lawnmower to a repair shop and I paid my bill without complaints. They provided me a good service.

    This company is part of the problem with society....literally surveying & waiting for the male to leave his home and then try to tow it cause of flat tire and was even parked in the driveway and not remotely disturbing anything or inconveniencing any neighbors space...then they had the audacity to 24hr tow sticker an elderly parents vehicle that was bringing home her grand daughter from a hospital situation...JA towing are money sharks and absolutely show NO respect of someone's situation...if they lurk and see opportunity to STEAL someone's vehicle they will and will say "I don't care about your situation I'm taking it...smh...Jokes on them though if they try to "call police "..and think they'll assist them in taking someone's car....lmao...officers thought JA towing were some bottom feeders!...empty barrel ppl...to accept gains off blue collar, hard working, tax paying citizens losses..seriously what our country has already going through for 12 outta 16 years....KARMA will prevail with all these selfish actions....PS thought you were slick...lol...day late and dolla $hort ****....tic tic tic tic

    Your vehicle is parked illegally on someone elses property. If you can't follow their rules that does not make us the bad guys.  Your actions towards our staff, screaming and cussing us out, etc. and extremely irrational and video has already been sent to your management company for their review and for further action.  You need to follow the law and rules where you live otherwise your vehicle is subject to tow and the property management would have every right to file for eviction.

    This company handles all my towing needs. Excellent people to deal with. Courteous, on time, Needed my car towed to my home after it broke down. Then I needed it towed from my home to the repair shop. My auto insurance company reimbursed me for the towing bills. Also, I tried calling other tow companies, the wait time was hours out. JA Towing was able to respond within an hour the first tow. I scheduled the second tow with their office. They will always be my first call.

    Yes, my car was towed, and it was my fault, but dealing with this company was a nightmare to say the least. They would not release my wallet or my registration, and insisted that there is a law that prohibits this.. I called two lawyers to ask if I was able to retrieve my wallet before paying the tow bill and they said absolutely but the two most rude employees I have ever dealt with Gave nothing but attitude instead of assistance. Friday my car was towed long story short. I had a few hours to get to the ***. I just needed my wallet. Its like they were having fun, not helping me out. These are the types of businesses that *************** is glorifying And proud of then we really need to be reshaping the way we think about business. Also learn customer service, when someone is trying to educate you about laws that you are spitting out laws put of your brain instead of Legislation policy, Maybe have a conversation. I asked to talk to the owner and all I heard was I dont give a bleep. I dont have time for this. Well, *** owner I dont have time for stupidity as well. I couldve saved three days of my life but I was not allowed to get my wallet and not having a form of ID hinders getting money out of a bank account since youre so smart I felt I had to spell that out for you in preschool form. Learn how to treat people regardless of who your contract is with because karma comes back around 100%, laugh it up. Not that it matters, but when I mentioned, Im a single dad who has been battling cancer and recently lost a limb. All I got was a side smirk smile if those are the type of people that you want to do business with then go ahead and give them your money, but I will not give up after being treated like this. If the BBB Is looking out for us citizens as I know they have in the past they We most definitely do something about this. Reference ********* and ***** for the law on whether or not you are allowed to get your items from your vehicle before .
