      They did 400 dollar worth property damage to front yard by dropping tree limbs from 80 ft also spider lift damage from tree work done after the following day heavy rain. Talk **** on the phone about 11 percent discount coupon and ************* 11 percent discount on day of work over the .phone all infinity outdoor tree service phone calls are taped .sent **** over 8/6 to to fix the yard and collect the money. Talk **** a week early at my house . I told **** just want my 11 percent discount like you promise and I had found someone else to fix the front yard. **** had no clue what going at my house and turn over back owners . The owners knew from day one what going with 11 percent discount and my front yard damage **** told me at my house other owner has anger issues problems doesn't want give me a 11 perfect discount .**** and other owner I want 11 percent Discount instead of run around from infinity outdoor tree owners

      This job was completed during one of the largest storms *************** had seen in years. We were having to run two separate crews, working 7 days a week, just to keep the residents and community of *************** safe. This storm produced a lot of stress for not just the homeowners of ***************, but also the businesses across the city. The coupon that is brought up many times in this complaint was given after the point of sale. It is very clear in our disclaimer that the coupon is to be given before the point of sale. Unfortunately, to be fair to our customers, we can not stray away from this and make exceptions. 

       

      In regards to the damage to the yard, this was nothing that is not expected or out of the ordinary when dealing with the job we were doing at the property. With heavy limbs and wood, customers usually know there is some wear and tear associated with the job completion. We did do our best to make it look good however since the customer was not aware of this.
