      They send office people out to give quotes & then the workers get mad & say how they dont want to come finish a job because the quote was too little. Not the home owners fault that infinity sends office people to look at what the tree crew is to work on. We were quotes $8,800 but found a company who could do it for less, infinity didnt want to loose a current customer (2 years ago they did a good simple job - obviously things have changed) They then changed their quote to $6,400 so we decided to go with them again (due to previous good service 2 years ago). That was a mistake. Infinity Outdoor Services signed a contract with us prior to working on the job (per their business usual) & did not finish the job as explained in the signed contract. They left a huge pile of brush behind & the lady in the office told me to just have people who want wood to take that away also even tho its in our contract. They said they would not come back to finish the job again. Were having to pay a different company to come out and haul away what they left behind. There was serious property damage done to our neighbors **************** Would not recommend this company.
