      I Purchased 2014 **** Escape from the ******* **** location and was told it was gone over and good to go. They suggested I could take it to a mechanic why would I pay hundreds of dollars for a person to look at it and if something wrong I dont buy it if they already had it looked at. I went off what they said well it wasnt 3 weeks and front end made a noise then it started stalling when I came to a stop, had to put in neutral to keep it from stalling. **** come to find out the transmission went out. And **** had issues with this year and never recalled them. ********** I purchased a extended warranty company well that was a joke also they fixed it the transmission and a month later had more issues that revolves around it and the warranty company wouldnt fix it and **** wanted almost 8k to fix it. So I told the manager at Superior that it has issues and I wasnt making anymore payments and they can have it back as I had already purchased a new vehicle from a reliable Dealership and that they can Repo the car as I wasnt making anymore payments because there are issues and Im not fixing them out of pocket. And now they keep hounding me and my friends who I put down for references about this car and account. I don't have a problem with the Manager she has been very good but its the other girls in that place are not professional. I told all my friends to block the numbers because they call my references and they just need to leave me and them alone you have the car back sell it to another person its a junk 2014 **** Escape radio navigation and transmission issues. Sad part I paid on Time each week and now you want to harass me and my references now. Watch out for this car on the lot up there in the ******* location it has tinted windows and front window top is tinted that I paid to have done to match the back windows from factory. They are Scamming people and Charging double for cars that have issues after they are driven off the lot. Dont Go Here

      The complainants statement They suggested I could take it to a mechanic conveys the fact that we offer all potential buyers an opportunity to have any subject vehicle inspected by a technician of their own choice prior to finalizing a purchase. Such an opportunity clearly results in a buyer who is better informed, thus no reasonable person would actually complaint about it.

      Furthermore, it appears as though the complainant may be missing the fundamental concept that we have nothing to do with a warranty that we did not provide.  We did not sell him the warranty to which he refers with his statement I purchased a extended warranty company well that was a joke, he purchased that warranty from a nonaffiliated third party warranty provider, so his dissatisfaction with the warranty itself should be directed to the company that provided it.

      Moreover, the statements about the quality of the vehicle are inconsistent with the underlying facts, one of which is that the complainant drove the vehicle over ****** miles in less than one year.  Regarding the alleged harassment, it should be mentioned that telephone calls to this complainant were discontinued on April 28, 2023.

      I shouldve came here first and read the reviews before buying a car from them. 500$ a month and never have been late on a single payment. They wont work with you at ALL with payments. (Even if its a holiday and your paycheck is delayed until Monday) its ridiculous! Ive religiously been paying my bill and its crazy that they cant be flexible at all!!!! Lifes already hard. I will NOT be purchasing from them again. 0/10 do not recommend.

      Would never recommend buyind a car from them. They will send countless texts and will bully people. You pay way too much for a used car and the interest is so high.

      I think I am on my second car from them. Once they hit about ******* miles they start falling apart. The first issue they added almost $2000 to my loan. Now they are wanting to add another huge chunk for more repairs or another auto loan on top of my almost $800 a month payment. They are scam artists that now have me at almost $20,000 for a 2014 car. I don't have this kind of money to keep feeding them sand they will not work with me or help in any way. I have been stranded twice and nothing from them. Of course if I let it go back it puts a huge ding on my credit. What do I do?

      They said they'd work with me on payments options. As work has been slow. They gave me 24 hours to make the payment. They said if I let them know ahead of time they'd work with me I let them know 3 weeks ahead. The car was sold twice the amount it is valued of KBB. I needed a car in a rush and they took advantage of that. I am advising everyone NOT to go there, crooks, heartless, money hungry people.

      No stars! Worst company I have dealt with. When they make an error like double charging my debit cars, they showed no remorse, didn't apologize, and flat out didn't care that it made a single mother and her kids have to struggle for a week. All they say is well it takes 3 to 5 days to refund to your cars. And told me I could ask friends or family for gas money to get to work, or food. ********************* had no right to go into my account and manually charge my card 2 days before it was even due and again the next day for the autopay I was signed up for. They didn't offer anything to make up for their mistake. If I don't make my payment the very second it's due they come *** repo it and tack on an additional 150 for me to get back, literally the day it's due. They have no human compassion and don't care about anything but ripping people off.Also found it interesting that the check engine light came on not even 2 weeks from bringing it home... letting me know that all they do is reset them and hope it doesn't come back on til after some sucker signed his life away for a lemon. *********************, *************************, and ********************* are all very rude to customers and will make sure that you know you are not valued as a customer. ****** **** ********************** is the worst car company to date.

      Sold nothing but junkie vehicles they don't do anything about it to make it right. There only in it for the money. They lie to sell anything on the lot. I hate prices of s*** people like that.

      The vehicle to which ****************** is referring was purchased in June of 2020 with no warranty, Our records contain no mechanical complaint about that vehicle until September of 2021, which was 15 months after the sale. This complainant's understanding of motor vehicle maintenance is rather scarce. We also find it quite disappointing that the Better Business Bureau supports public posting of childish name-calling associated with the foul language used by this complainant.

      Yes I have bought a car from superior auto almost 3 years ago . I have 5 payments left. My check isn't getting delivered to me late . I have never been late on a payment and they can't work with me this one time for 3 to 5 days late. ***** was so rude . She needs to fire . I was going to buy another car from them once I got this one paid off but I am not now. I don't recommend buying anything from them all because how rude ***** is . She needs to learn better customer service. If I could put no stars I would .

      Liars!! Before my daughter bought her car fr these liars I asked about a warranty and they said they do not do a typical warranty but if she has a mechanical breakdown and it was over a certain amount, they would pay up front to have it fixed and stick it to the back of the note. Well 2 months later the transmission started making a grinding sound and she called ******* at the ********* office and she sent the car to a garage and the mechanic said she needed a new transmission or he could rebuild it. Well Mrs ******* said keep making your payment on time and the mechanic will come pick up your car in 2 weeks. My daughter called ******* numerous times because 2 weeks went by then a month then 2 months and ******* kept saying "hold tight". So now her car is a yard ornament and Superior Auto headquarters wasn't no help the 15 times she and I called them and ******* quit taking phonecalls 3 weeks ago. If a car lot not only has ******* type people as managers and do not hold up to their end of the deal, isn't that default?

      After a diligent search of our records, we can find no customer whose name is the same as this complainant. Stated another way, the person who submitted this complaint is not our customer. Presumably, this complainant is referring to someone who actually is our customer, but we would need more than "my daughter" in order to identify that person.
