      *** was amazing! Unfortunately she isnt with the company anymore but I have some issues with this company that does bother me. It seems as though this company doesnt seem to care that their customers struggle financially from time to time and want to be quick to take your car away. You miss a payment boom car is gone for example say if you had a emergency or you have to choose between paying your rent or feeding your family vs paying for a car they take your car away not only that but the attitude is more or less well budget your money better kind of a slap in the face if we cant get to work because our car is gone how can we get our car back not to mention we have to pay fee on top of fee on top of fee just to get our car back. I dont mince words. I just find it absolutely disgusting but hilarious that this is okay. Once my car is done Im done with this company. This isnt an attack but they definitely need to get it together. And do better for their customers. Life happens and people have families to provide for. And you guys want to be so quick to reposes a car over being late?! Whack! Reposes because they dont have insurance? Yall arent responsible for s*** if anything happens we are what the h***

      I had paid over $7000 on my car! I was in the hospital and they couldn't wait 1 more day for me to pay them so they repod my car! I will never buy from them again

      Predatory lenders. They do not care about customers. They take vehicle the day it's due, even if you tell them you won't have it because of the 200 additional fees they charged me the previous week when they repossessed the vehicle. ************************* of Urbana claims that they offer customers assistance but can't come up with any proof that she offered it to me. She doesn't like me because she's slept with my ex husband, so she abused her power here and took the vehicle 3 times now the second she becomes allowed to. I found out she sleeps with my ex at times and that is why I believe I wasn't given the same opportunity or assistance as other people are. She then brags about how I won't be able to get a vehicle elsewhere now with her repossessions and how I'm stuck paying for it either way. Forcing me to file bankruptcy. ******* should be fired. Just because I have ties to someone she has sexual relations with doesn't mean she can abuse her "power"

      Like any used vehicle its going to have issues at some point. They give you the option to have it looked at and they WILL fix any issues before selling it. I bought an SUV and I to had issues after purchasing but they have been nothing but great with helping to get it fixed and ****** is super nice and nothing but helpful. I got my SUV from *************** and they have been nothing but great. Thank you

      I purchased a vehicle August of 2020. Upon purchase Superior Auto did not disclose that they had Summit transmission in ************** reman the transmission. Only a month after purchase I informed superior auto that the transmission was not shifting and loosing power. The General Manager in ****** ** ***** replied ,"Ohhh yeah we had similar problems I think it's still under warranty." I ended up taking the time off work to drop off vehicle to Summit leaving myself without a vehicle for a month. Taking more time off to retrieve the vehicle all while being charged weekly for a vehicle I could not drive because of a transmission problem I was not informed of at the time of purchase. Here we are months later and the transmission is acting up again with the same exact problem and superior auto's resolution was to take it to a shop of my choosing and pay for it and to "Go after Summit" 3 times the transmission had issues with the exact same problem and never was disclosed during purchase. This is fraudulent I would have never purchased a vehicle of this standing have I of known this especially 8,000$ above ***** blue book price.

      Am I the only one that has not had a problem with this company? They have always been nice to me. One time my payment didnt go through and i received a call. They just informed me that it didnt go through. It was because i got a new debit card. I gave them the new number and have not had a problem. They have never been rude. I have had to replace and alternator and a battery, i have also replaced a radiator. I feel like those things happen when you purchase a used car. if you bought a car and signed the papers without a warranty, then you have now taken on that responsibility. maybe its just me, but i really dont think they are that bad. higher priced vehicles, but if our credit wasnt awful we wouldnt have to pay higher prices.

      This place is a joke my husband got a car from them not even two weeks later transmission is out and all her could get out of the people in **************** was that ***** take it to a shop

      In order to comment on any given matter, we would really have to identify the customer(s) involved, and "my husband" is simply not enough information to identify the subject complainant. We did search our customer database for "Ab Dun" which appears to be the name of the person who submitted this review but that search returned no results. Consequently, we are unable to comment on this matter as we are unable to identify the related customer(s).

      My husband signed an auto agreement in 2018 for a 2012 or 2013 ***** Impala in **************. The car was repossessed due to a late payment in 2018. ******* law states that creditors of repossessed vehicles must tell their customers about the resale of the vehicle, the financial details of what is still owed, etc. Superior Auto never contacted my husband about the vehicle and four years later they are garnishing his wages for $10K. We are sure that Superior resold the vehicle and the debt on the vehicle cannot be anywhere close to $10K. Superior Auto is ridiculous. I understand that the difference between the sale of the vehicle and what was owed should be paid. However, 10K is unreasonable. My husband is in poor health and was unemployed for 14 months Dec 2020-February 2022. He was laid off from work for 6 months in 2020. Now he finally is employed again and Superior Auto is garnishing his wages (25%).
