I've been receiving postcard solicitations from this company for a few years now. I have never given any indication that I wanted to sell my house to anyone. I don't care that there's a family photo on the postcards, I'm not going to sell my home because a family in ******* photographs well. I've sent 2 postcards back to the supposed PO Box with the caption "Not Interested" in black marker, yet they keep coming. My home ownership won't change because of someone's gentrification money making scheme. Would like an end to these solicitations.

    Hi ****,

I completely understand your point of view here. We have removed you from any future mailings as of this morning. When we receive back some pieces of return mail it seems they do not always make it back to our PO box. We do have a process internally that scans and removes return mail from any future mailings but something must have happened during that process. I apologize we weren't able to correct this sooner. If this happens again for any reason please call our company phone number and we can remove you quicker manually. Have a great day and thanks for reaching out.

I closed on a home that was rehabbed by NK development in April of 2022. Upon moving in, it was immediately uninhabitable. When doing their rehabs they are soliciting desperate homeowners who are selling houses in very distressed condition giving them well below market value. They did not execute a sales disclosure in violation of state law when acquiring the property from the original desperate owner. They then completed mainly cosmetic updates on my home leaving major repairs unaddressed (roof, plumbing, septic) They did all work UNPermitted with the county and I can prove they are doing so consistently. I can provide many other addresses upon request. They are then completing sales disclosures fraudulently when they sell indicating they are permitting all of their work. I requested repairs as a part of my seller inspection response and all were either not completed/addressed at all OR they were completed improperly. Again I have proof to show this as well. All properties they have closed on with unpermitted work are in violation of the county AND uninsurable. I cannot find a license for them to do contracting work in St ****** county or the ****************. I will likely lose my entire $******* investment into the home. They are the nightmare rehab flipper you hear about. They make the properties look nice but they do not work with reputable contractors who have a real desire to work within the rules/law and uncover and address serious property condition issues. I can prove they completed the sales disclosure fraudulently as well and I believe this transaction should be rescinded as I also cannot FIX the problem that has presented itself with the home. I have a home that has a failed septic and a new septic cannot be installed on my property. My file on this case is so large I cannot upload all documents in relation to the case. I can however mail or drop off a complete folder upon request.

    ********,

I'm so sorry you feel this way. As a company that prides ourselves on our work and the way we do business I find several if not all of the items mentioned in the below complaint as non-factual. I'm sorry you felt the need to come and try to tarnish our reputation online. BBB only allows me so many minutes to respond to this so I will address 1 of the glaring issues here as I won't have time to address them all.

We filled out the sales disclosure to the best of our knowledge at the time of sale and used a Real Estate Agent to help us facilitate this process. During the inspection period professionals above our expertise level from inspection companies provided their insight on the property to which you used to request repairs. We also relied on these specific inspectors to provide insights above our expertise -repairs were asked for that were suggested by these companies and we contractually had no issue paying for a 3rd party to fix these issues. The 3rd party was not suggested by us. We did not select the 3rd party to do the repairs, which I believe is where we all feel this fell apart. I am so sorry this happened but we did not have any outside knowledge that you may think we had.

I know words won't change the chain of events but I am extremely sorry for what happened here but am in strong position that we did no wrongdoing and that hired 3rd parties with no insurance or licensing put the septic system in jeopardy.
