    My situation was extremely delicate as I was tasked with moving an elderly uncle from his home into assisted living. I had so many factors/obstacles to deal with that making sure the sale of his home didnt invalidate the ***************** guidelines seemed the least problematic of them! I live over an hour away, work, have a young child, my uncle had lived in his house over 35 years, was an antique collector and due to the serious depression my uncle fell into when he lost his partner, nothing had been cleaned or maintained inside or outside of the home in the last 7 years.This is all to say that despite me having no idea how my timeline would move, what scenario of selling and payment(s) received would be best, what items I would take or would have to leave, ************************ were fully supportive, flexible and understanding. There is not another purchaser that would have been so wiling to help me navigate the uncertainty and red tape that comes with these elder scenarios.Of course, theyre a successful business and expected to turn a profit so one must be realistic about the true value of the home and the work that needs to be completed before the resale. For me, the flexibility, help and compassion they extended to us was worth more than the additional money I *may* have received from another purchaser/developer. Every home owner has a different reasons they are selling - if your reasons are as complicated as mine were - know that NK Developments can help you navigate such a scenario.

    NK Developments were amazingly helpful in selling a house inherited via a death in the family. They were always prompt and so helpful. It was a tense and cumbersome situation but *** did a great job meeting us at the house and quickly selling it. I would highly recommend this company to off load a property / home you have. They are very fair and quick! We appreciated it!
