    Good evening, ** reaching out to complain and try and get my money refunded from nutrastop. I had placed an order on 11/27/23 for $98 and paid for the two day shipping option. I have yet to receive my order. I have reach out to the company via email, text, and call and get no response whatsoever. If you call its right to voicemail with no follow ** in any form. Based off reviews Ive seen on their website as well as on the BBB it appears Im not the only one having this issue with the company. Something needs to be done about this, as they are just scamming people out of money and facing no repercussions for their actions. If you could please follow up with me and see what can be done about this matter that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

    I ordered Last Friday 07/21/2023. Received confirmation my order would arrive. It didnt, but Nutrastop.com. When questioning the delivery. *** showed the label had been created but item had not shipped. I contacted their customer support and was told oh it shipped and I can not cancel. Never buy from them. They are not reliable and have a crappy customer service.

    I ordered 3 bottles of Enhanced Slin 120 ct. for a total of $79.99 on 5/23/2023. The tracking status shows that it has not been shipped yet. I called the business phone number, *************, on 6/6/2023 with no answer. I texted the same number for a status with no response. I am requesting a full refund.

    Ordered product a week ago and they shipped the wrong product. *** tried to contact them via email and phone number and they will not respond.

    I placed an order for 90 Phenibut capsules with NuraStop on May 9, 2020. I payed for the capsules which were ***** but for faster shipping the total came to $49.83. My order number is *********. It said that the label has been made but it hasnt moved since May 9th.

    I placed an order on 4/18/23 and paid more for ********** 1 day ship. On 4/19/23 Nutrastop emailed saying my order shipped. Its 4/29/23 and the tracking says the delivery date will be provided as soon as possible which means *** hasnt even received the package. Several emails, texts, messages on their website to Nutrastop over the course of 5 days and no reply. I did get one text from Ally asking, was your order Alani any stim-free in mango and I said, yes it is! and then nothingno other responses or follow up. The vendor # listed is an automated message about selling medical alert supplies. This business does not do good business and I will never order from them again.

    I purchased a multivitamin through the website totaling an amount of $58.83, upon finalizing this order, I requested that this be shipped 1 day. My order has been on hold for 2 business days without any movement through tracking even though a shipping label was created. I tried several times to contact the seller with no response on their end. After furthering my own investigation, it seems that this vendor has received numerous complaints for the same reasons.

    I ordered 2 bottles of a fat burner pill from Nutrastop.I placed my order on March 14, 2023. I received an email on the 15th stating it shipped with a tracking number. I paid extra for faster shipping and insurance. My package has still not arrived. I have reached out to this company several times, via, email, text, and phone call voicemail trying to find out where my package is. I tried to file a complaint with **** however they are showing in their system that the package has not been picked up yet. I don't know if the product became backordered or not as I can't get ahold of anyone at the company. The bottles were $34.99 each. The shipping was free but I paid $5 extra for faster and insured shipping. I either want the company to get my product to me or I would like a refund for the full amount charged.

    This company is a scam. I ordered a product on March 14th based on them having it in stock according to a sponsored ad on ******* I paid extra for 2 day shipping and a "Your order has shipped!" Email was sent the next day. It ia now March 22nd and I have not received item. According to the post office, a shipping label was created, but the item was never sent. Huge red flag from said postal office. They are printing postal labels to send the shipping notification in order to make it look like they are shipping the product, but never bring item to the post. Phone and email are blocked when requesting a refund. I also noticed that no tax was collected on the transaction.
