i had purchased an order from Nutrastop containing 1- bucked up preworkout $42.95 1- blackstone labs isolation protein $49.99 1- *********************** 12 week cuttting cycle stack $199.95 i have used a discount code so it took $29.29 the total would be $263.60USD this order was placed on 3/4/23 and the order number is #********* I had gotten an update saying that my package was to be delivered on Wednesday March 8, 2023 I had gotten the *** tracking number 1ZE416190394644307 the only update it has given has said created label.when I contacted NUTRASTOP they emailed me back and said that they would look into it and get back to me. they also mentioned that their phone had a dead battery and is now charged and offered me to text this number ************. So, I reached out and have not heard anything after multiple attempts. Nobody is getting back to me at all. I travel a lot and want to make sure I am home or I can get someone to pick up my order when its delivered. I had contacted *** to check and see if there was anything on their end and when I talked to the live chat representative both times, they mentioned the label was created but they never received a package at all. Honestly, I only want my order that i purchased and I will not be doing business with them again. Or just to give me a full refund. thank you very much for your time I appreciate it.I am trying to upload photos of everything but the website keeps saying error so if needed i can provide screenshots of the order.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on 2/16/23. I received an email on 2/17/23 stating my order had been shipped and had a tracking number attached. When I checked the tracking information it shows that a shipping label has been created. It still shows that there has been no change in status, and Ive reached out for more information multiple times with no response. I finally sent a message requesting a refund, and have still had no response. At this point I just want my money back.Initial Complaint

I placed an order (0rder *****)for 120 enhanced Yohimbine supplements. When I received it - the bottle only contains 60 pills. I figured this would be a simple resolution, so I emailed the company with pictures of the order that clearly shows the quantity ordered and paid for, along with pictures of the bottle. I received an email reply saying they were looking into it. That was 7 days ago. The company will not reply at all. I see all of these complaints and realize this seems like how they do business, so I will lodge this complaint so perhaps other consumers will avoid. In my mind the resolution should have been easy - ship me another ******************************************************** rectifying this issue.Customer Answer

Nutrastop reached out this morning and refunded half of my money. This is fair, since I received half of my order. I consider this closed and appreciate the company doing the right thing. I just wish they were more responsive initially.

On January 31 i placed an order for 2 supplements, total cost of $64.94. On February 1, i received an email stating ready for shipment and received a tracking number. I received & was charged for products I was not expecting. Upon placing the initial order , they enrolled me in ongoing shipments which I did not agree to. Upon receipt of the 2nd shipment I tried contacting the company to do the ************* never returned my emails or phone calls. These people are scam artists. Besides not having any information about their business on their products, shipping bag or inside the bag. They appear to be making it as difficult as possible to contact them. On 12/06/2022 I visited nutrastop.com and made a purchase of purus labs noxygen. Two bottles equaling 80 servings and was charged ***** I received an email with a order number *********. The following day 12/7/2022 I made another purchase iforce nutrition hemavol with the total being ***** and received another email with the order number *********. Being a first time buyer from the website I waited a few days to receive a shipping email but never got one. So I sent an email to ******************************** It was the support email I received in the order confirmation emails when I made my purchases. Today is 01/15/2023. Ordered product from Nutrastop on 1/6/2023 and paid for rush delivery. On 1/8/2023, I received a notification that the product had been delivered. Upon checking my mail and front porch, there was no product. I have a ring doorbell, so I know nothing was delivered. I contacted Nutrastop via email and their website, but no reply. On October 31, 2022, I placed an order through nutrastop for supplements. They accepted the order and the following day on November 1, 2022 they sent me an email and text stating the items have shipped and were on the way. This included a shipping tracking number from **** However, the tracking update only says label created and it continues to say this as of November 10th. I have reached out through text and email through the contact information provided and have not been provided a response. Nutrastop has already charged me for the products that I have not received.
