    to bring awareness to a "rude, unprofessional, and incompetent employee", who felt "hanging up in my face" is a great way to resolve my concerns.. This young lady has no clear logic; when it comes to critical thinking, customer service and problem solving. I called in today, to shed some light on an ongoing matter; that my husband and I have been trying to resolve for months(since the transition) now. As we felt there's a lack of understanding via messaging the portal. So we called in. As I was explaining to the young lady today, we were advised: PLease see attached below messages.However, in the mid conversation your employee cut me off and stated: "Let me stop you there!" in a rude matter of fact tone. and proceeded to say: "you sent the money order to DEER RUN not us and you've been talking to Deer RUN so that's who needs to give your money back." As I then cut her off and told her " Now, Let me stop you there!" you're very rude by cutting me off, then she overtalked me and yelled "no you're being rude." Then I said "look i'm trying to explain to you my frustration about an ongoing matter" then i heard her "hang up the phone in my face". This young lady was taking a business concern personally and acted as if I was accusing your company of something. when "YOUrHOA" has been the point of contact and/or middleman between ******** and **. I then called back several times and no one answered your company phone for me from 11:24 am till 11:32 am. I had the pleasure to speak to (********) this professional and graceful young lady, who took the time to listen and try to understand my concerns and frustration surrounding this matter. She was a breath of fresh air. As i explained to her that, We are seeking a refund or credit to account for the "the money order inquiry". We have also attached the the money order inquiry proof of purchase. whether it comes from ******** or YourHoa it doesn't matter to us. We are ONLY shedding light on this matter.

    This company lacks professionalism and trustworthiness, making them unsuitable for any community seeking HOA management services. Their greed-driven approach, devoid of compassion, prioritizes financial gain over community well-being. My experience with them has been disappointing; despite repeated attempts to seek guidance on HOA rules, they were unresponsive and provided incorrect information, leading to unnecessary stress and a violation notice for my property. While I managed to rectify the issue without facing fines, the company's dismissive attitude towards my concerns is troubling. Their refusal to engage with the board regarding residents' grievances highlights their unchecked power within the community, leaving homeowners feeling powerless and disillusioned. With no viable means of removing them, I am left with no choice but to contemplate selling my home once its equity allows. I urge other HOA communities to steer clear of this company and seek more reputable alternatives.

    Your HOA has been a big help for our little community. We were with some of the other management companies for a while and their communication was non existent. Your HOA makes us fee important!

    I work with the staff on a regular basis because of my job, they are always easy to work with and help out with any issues that I come across. It is great to know that my business will always be smooth, accurate and consistent while working with them, it makes for a way more enjoyable day!
