Ill try and make this short. My 72 year old father purchased a brand new ****** which he had to borrow money for and after a year and a half they are claiming they dont work on furnaces installed in trailers and now hes sitting here in December with no furnace because this s*** company doesnt stand by their work or products. They turn us away and tell us to call someone else. Not how you should treat customers especially 72 year old disabled people who are less fortunate then some. I hope everyone who reads this decides morally that this company is s*** and doesnt deserve any praise or recognition. Ill do everything in my power to make sure no one I know uses peterman because they dont give a shot about their customers. Just ask my 72 year old dad whos sitting in his trailer with one heater in December and he will tell you they dont give a f*** about their customers once they have their money. F*** Peterman brothers.

*****, at Peterman Brothers, we continue to focus our efforts on providing 5 star service to every customer each time we enter your home. When it comes to the maintenance, service and installation of equipment in mobile homes, we know that our technical training has not kept up with the level of service that we hope to provide. For this reason, we are no longer able to work on this style of equipment. "While we understand that this change can come as a shock to our customers, ultimately it was made with the best interests of their home and equipment in mind. We are still honoring our one year labor warranty on installed equipment, however after the one year, we just simply ask that you find another service provider to better assist you with your needs. Peterman brothers is wonderful to work with. They explain things that the homeowner would not know and find solutions if there are problems. We are now going into 4 months on what was originally to be a 6 hour job...replacing 1 shower. Still not done. They have unlimited excuses and don't care since they have already been paid. Big mistake on our part. I would not hire this company for anything again. They are all about sales, not service. ***** E is awesome! He came to our home today to perform a routine preventative maintenance check on our HVAC systemHe was very professional and knowledgeable, and SUPER friendly! He outlined in detail everything that he was going to be doing during the visit, and was extremely helpful in answering the several questions I had. ..Weve been working with Peterman Brothers for a few years now, and experiences like this are the reason we will continue to use them for all of our HVAC and plumbing needsTheir team members truly are the best! I have been dealing with Peterman Brothers for 3-4 years (since before the Brothers took over and changed the name). Every interaction has been top notch! All of the employees are knowledgeable, helpful and in a positive state of mind. It may seem odd to see positive state of mind listed here, but it is a noticeable trait displayed by all. The Peterman *************** is a great value and I would definitely recommend it for anyone who wants to keep on top of the upkeep of their systems.
