The two employees that came out to give us our estimate told us ourout side plugs would be put on there own circuit in the breaker panel and that we could have a 4 way outlet put in in our large living room. The technicians that did the work said that that would not be included in the price and we would have to pay extra! I dont like to be lied to especially when Im paying $25,000 for getting my whole house rewired! The crew that came out never hooked up our central heating and air to the electrical power, they just ran the wires! Also they where supposed to finish up on Friday and they never showed I had to call and was told they would be back Monday to finish up which made me burn another day of PTO!

Were sorry to hear about your negative experience. Per the estimate that was signed, it does say that we are going to run 120v throughout the home to satisfy the current electrical code. We also say that we will provide added quotes for specialty devices.
Our electricians conduct the wires to the **** system, and our ********* ensure that you have power to your system properly.
We are sorry you feel that we lied to you,that is never our intention, we present estimates for review to be able to answer any questions before work has begun.
We do understand that you have had another company out to install those specialty devices. We would have been pleased to provide you with an estimate for those since these were not part of the original estimate.

Peterman ***** Is a great company. Im always impressed by the technicians they send to my home, whether for scheduled maintenance or a repair, theyre neat and professional. After preventative maintenance on plumbing there was a water in the supply line to the hall bathroom toilet. Seems like every time Peterman **** shows up here they break something. After installing our new HVAC system they had to come back and repair faulty exhaust vent. Then they tried to charge me ****** to fix their mistake. Also added duct cleaning and they tore up a duct so I told them to forget it. Wouldnt really recommend them.Peterman Brothers Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical

Hello ***! Thank you for this feedback we do appreciate it. I am so sorry you have not had a good experience with our company. It looks like you have talked with one of our customer experience coordinators about your issues for the vent repairs you had and received a $350 refund for this. As for your plumbing issue we tried to resolve the issue by sending a tech out but you canceled your appointment and also canceled your membership as well. We do apologize we were not able to help resolve this for you and hopefully in the future you will be able to reach out to us again for your hvac, plumbing or electrical needs. The technician that came to my house for the repair was friendly and knowledgeable. We first went over my electrical system and moved on to the specific problem. There were options to the repair, and he informed me of the pluses and minuses of each. I chose the one that took less time and material, but still confident that it was a good fix. After the repair the circuit was tested and everything was back to operation. If I need electrical services in the future, I will call Peterman and request ******.Peterman Brothers Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical

Never once judged ** or made us feel uncomfortable due to our home being in a mess due to our neighbors tree falling into it. ***** came today to do routine, maintenance and inspection on our furnace. He did a fantastic job, was super thorough. He did not skip any steps, took his time, and my furnace looks amazing. he was super friendly and kind very professional.
