      I had a HVAC system installed on May 29, 2024, for $12,283. There were not any problems with the installation; however, one issue gives me concerns for "service after the sale" in the future with Peterman.Peterman came to look at my system on May 28, 2024, for a fee of $85. The service tech said that money would be refunded if I got a new system. It was determined I needed a new system.Now, almost 3 weeks later, I still don't have the $85 back. I told the salesperson when I was signing the contract about the $85 (contact number 1). I told the lead installer when the installation was completed (contact number 2). I called Peterman's office twice (contact numbers 3 and 4). I left a message on their website on June 12, 2024, in which I received a text the same day that they would look into it (contact number 5). I still do not have my $85.Although $85 is a small amount of money... that is really the point. If their response to a small matter is handled in this way, I worry about future issues I may have with my newly purchased unit.I'm not saying "don't buy from Peterman", just proceed with caution.

      Thank you for your thoughts. Your refund has been applied to your account. Per our records, we had sent the refund on 5/28/24 back to your credit card company. We do understand that it depends on when your banking institution applies the refund so you may see it, however, your request was processed per our promise of refunding the $85.

      As far as your concern of moving forward, we understand that you must make the best decisions for you and your home. We would like to be the company that oversees the maintenance of your new HVAC system to ensure it is functioning at the highest level. This is completely up to you.

      Peterman brothers purchased a company out in ********. They owned it for about six months. They came in one day fired. Everybody sold everything off and now theyre refusing to pay our last paychecks. Theyre also refusing to pay out our PTO vacation and sick time This has no morals and ethics. Its a huge company and they only care about their bottom line.. If they do this to their employees, imagine what they do to their customers

      We bought new furnace and air conditioner three years ago. I have been pleased with Peterman services and products. Everyone of their people professional and knowledgeable. I had to use their plumbing service for a new lift pump also and very happy with that service as well. Thank You Peterman Brothers!

      I called to have a bathroom drain unclogged and the lady asked if it was my home or a rental property. I said rental property and she asked how many do we own. I told her 16 and she said that they couldnt help. For whatever reason, she said they couldnt give me a thorough job so sorry. Pick and choose your customers. Count me out

       We do appreciate your business in the past and per your file with us, we havent been out since May 2019, our focus has changed since then. As you mentioned on the last call you made, you own 16 properties.  We understand as a property owner, the urgency of getting a repair done when they occur, can be a challenge.We do know that there are companies that will partner with you and all your properties to make sure you get the services needed when they happen.
      Currently,Peterman Brothers does not service ******************* Companies, Corporations or Commercial Businesses, due to challenges that we have faced in the past to provide a proper level of service and clear communications.We have been committed to helping the owner-occupied homes since this was the vision in 1986 and the base of this company.  We do wish you the best.

      They did not do the job complete when cleaning out my dryer vent. I had paid them $189 and ended up calling a dryer repair service because my dryer stopped working because my vent was still clogged. And he had to clean it out.

      I was very pleased with the service I received from both of your employees who were at my home today - one for the *** inspection and the other for the plumbing inspection.They were both very knowledgeable, informative, nice and professional. My experience has always been the same every time someone from Peterman Brothers come to my home.

      The two employees that came out to give us our estimate told us ourout side plugs would be put on there own circuit in the breaker panel and that we could have a 4 way outlet put in in our large living room. The technicians that did the work said that that would not be included in the price and we would have to pay extra! I dont like to be lied to especially when Im paying $25,000 for getting my whole house rewired! The crew that came out never hooked up our central heating and air to the electrical power, they just ran the wires! Also they where supposed to finish up on Friday and they never showed I had to call and was told they would be back Monday to finish up which made me burn another day of PTO!

      Were sorry to hear about your negative experience. Per the estimate that was signed, it does say that we are going to run 120v throughout the home to satisfy the current electrical code. We also say that we will provide added quotes for specialty devices. 
      Our electricians conduct the wires to the **** system, and our ********* ensure that you have power to your system properly.
       We are sorry you feel that we lied to you,that is never our intention, we present estimates for review to be able to answer any questions before work has begun.
      We do understand that you have had another company out to install those specialty devices. We would have been pleased to provide you with an estimate for those since these were not part of the original estimate.
