      Tech was professional and honest. Did a good job installing my new upstairs bathroom faucet. It took a while due to age of original faucet, but new one was put in ********** inspection of plumbing and good info on hot water heater. Overall, great job. They're understanding and patient,etc. Satisfied with work.

      I was extremely pleased with the technician *******************************. ****************** was on time and very thorough and answered all of my questions in a professional and easy to understand language. ****************** made sure that I understood what he was doing and why. He also made a number of excellent suggestion including the advantage of get a whole house surge protector and the accompanying $7500 warranty protection for a very reasonable price. I was also very impressed with the home office staff who kept me abreast of the technician arrival time. Both ***** and her coworker were both extremely polite and knowledgeable of the inspection process and went to great effort to keep me informed of the scheduling and inspection process. I plan to continue the monthly Peterman protection plan for again a reasonable price.

      Efficient, friendly service. I don't like the "all day" system of appointment booking but it's hard to find the time window system any more. Everything is explained, with photos as evidence, and an invoice generated for estimated repairs. Note that customer-supplied parts (e.g. filters for furnace and humidifier) will cost significantly less, as Peterman will add a hefty markup.

      **** was the tech that came to our house for routine inspection/service. Very nice and informed tech and was thorough with explaining what he was going check with both the exchanger/furnace and the heat pump outside. Weve been customers of Peterman Brothers for several years and have always been pleased with their service.

      Came out the other day to do routine maintenance. Said there was a crack in the heat exchanger. My husband went down, said they fished the camera through and showed him the picture of a crack on their screen. Informed us we could either pay $2600 for a new heat exchanger or $6000 (with a credit on our account for a part we just replaced last September) for a new furnace. Next day we had a different company come out for a free second opinion. He goes down to look at the furnace twice and both times asks to see the photo they included in an email to me. He said there isnt a crack anywhere and asked what time they were at our home. The time stamp on the photo of the heat exchanger crack was 10:21am. They had not arrived to look at the furnace until the afternoon. So that was not our furnace they had an image of. Second company went to check the ** unit and asked if they had cleaned it. I said yes, that I saw them out there around it. He showed photos he had just taken of it, and it was full of dirt and debris.

      We respect that you have a choice every time you hire a company, and we appreciate that you have given Peterman Brothers an opportunity.  We are not going to be the cheapest company in town, and we know that if you seek out second opinions, you will be able to find someone to do the work cheaper. We understand the importance of a second opinion and homeowners making the best decision for their home.
      We appreciate you taking the time to speak with our Customer Experience team and explaining your concerns. During our visit to your home, your husband was brought downstairs and shown in real time the crack in the heat exchanger. We expressed how important it is to get this repaired since it releases CO2 gas, this can be a silent killer. Since your second technician didnt find the crack, we do suggest another opinion, for the health of your family.

      So far, Petermans has been out 9 times in the past 15 months trying to get a HVAC right. They keep finding leaks (5 so far) and adding refrigerant. Quality control and installation are sorely lacking.
