    ******, the owner, exerted tremendous pressure to pay him in full before the project was finished, claiming one day, as I left for work, that when I came home that evening the projects would be 100% completed. I did pay in full, and now, nearly 5 months later, the projects are still not completed. He has lied to me at least a dozen times about coming over to complete the jobs and never shows up. He was supposed to fix a door so that it would lock, and my door still does not lock. He was supposed to build a fence and not only has he not completed the fence, but he has posted photos of it on his ******** Business site with the heading, "Finished Deer Fence." In the past two weeks he has completely stopped replying to my messages after breaking numerous promises to come over and complete the jobs. He has admitted that he has taken on other work even while he enjoys the use of my full payment for work that he has not completed. I had a friend call him anonymously and ask about a job and he showed interest in it, even as he continues to show no interest in completing the work for which I paid him in full. The gate that he put on my fence will not open and I have to literally climb over the fence in order to get into my garden. The netting that he promised he would put spanning to the ground, is missing on one end. The door which she promised to repair and for which I paid him in full, still does not lock. He painted my water heater and I paid him in full for that, and he admitted that it needs to be touched up but never did so. He promised to give me more clear, dated and thorough receipts, but he has only given me the receipts that I am including herein. Every time I contact him, he has different excuses for not being able to come out, yet as I have written above, when I had a friend anonymously call him about a project, he was very interested and had no problem considering it.
