    I ordered a 2-pack of replacement multi-stage air filters for my Levoit Core 300 air purifier from DiscountFilters.com. They claim on their web site that these filters are 100% comparable in performance to the *** filters from the manufacturer. They offer a warranty promising a refund to customers who find that's not the case.When I received the filters I saw immediately that the holes in the outer mesh pre-filter of the replacements were much larger than the holes in the *** filter, making it highly unlikely that they would perform as well. Nevertheless, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and began using the replacement filters.The first replacement filter lasted for less than half as long as the *** filter had lasted. These replacements clearly are NOT comparable in performance to the ***.I filed a customer service ticket asking for a refund. It was ignored.I attempted to post a review of these filters on their web site to warn other people. There doesn't appear to be any way to do that, making the other 5-star reviews for products on their web site highly suspicious.Their web site claims they use TrustPilot, and indeed, I found them on TrustPilot. I posted a review there documenting my experience. It, too, has been ignored, i.e., the company has not responded to the review.I want them to remove the claim on their web site that these filters are comparable in performance to the *** filters, OR fix the outer mesh so that they actually ARE comparable in performance.I want them to refund the cost of these filters including sales tax.I want them to explain to me how it can be that there are positive reviews for products posted on their web site but seemingly no way for me to add a negative review for a product.

    Date was 9/4/2023 Order #******** I was told by their website that the order would be delivered by 9/8/2023 3-5 days. As of today 9/7/2023 it has not even been received by ****** Discount Filters claims that it has been shipped. No definite date of delivery. I hope these are the correct filters as I ordered from them last year and they were NOT the correct ones.. Too many incorrect tags on their items.
