    This company is garbage. The AirX air filters I received from them were all in one box, not individually wrapped, with no manufacturer marking on MERV marking on the filters. The shipping box had a sticker with the Merv rating on it. They claim all of the filters are made in the use the same filter housing but different filter media matching what is stamped on the shipping box. The pleats were also damaged on 2 of them & after examining them I noticed the filter material wasn't even attached to the side of the frame which lets unfiltered air through. They also run a half inch small in length requiring you to weather strip them for a snug fit. Absolute garbage! This company should be put out of business!

    I ordered 16 CCS023 water filters on **** and another 8 on their web site. Unless you read their website carefully, (especially Reason 2 ************** in *******, ***), one would think their filters were made in *******. The filters that arrived were a different model from another manufacturer and were made in ******. In two correspondences with ****************, all I got was (my words) our refrigerator filters are made in *******. They did not give a reason as to why I did not receive the filters I ordered, give an explanation why a substitution was made, or explain whether or not the substituted filters meet the quality standards of the filters I had ordered.I have bought many filters over the years from ****************, having great satisfaction. I find the "bait and switch" reprehensible, and their lack of care, even worse.
